Our family came to Key Largo for a family wedding - at the time of booking, little did we know the venue was less than a mile away. Our host was very responsive and helpful to our questions. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and the pristine pool that was less than 100 steps way from the 2nd floor porch. The layout ensured each family had privacy and plenty of room.

Nice property. We had some issues with the gate after hours, but the manager came immediately each time to let us in. We enjoyed the lagoon with the floating rafts.

We had a great time! Property was as advertised and owner was easy to work with. Air took awhile to cool down upon arrival. Would have been nice to have the air on before we got there. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Easy access to the Keys and amenities they offer. Family friendly location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Lovely access to the cove area and pools for swimming. Host was super responsive!

The property was very clean and fit our family of 6 very well. We enjoyed the pool and lagoon right outside the condo, and the host was extremely friendly and prompt with her responses.

We had the best time, with family ,enjoyed all the amenities this place offered! steps were a little bit steep, but everything else was great!

The accommodation was clean and roomy. it is a gated community and we felt safe. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart for commuting back and for when bbq at the beach and enjoying campfires on the beach. The sunsets on the point were beautiful. The swimming pools were a bit dated and ready for a renovation. Overall our stay was great and made some great memories

We really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a laid-back and relaxing place to stay, Kawama is the place. This place had direct access to the beach on the lagoon and one of the swimming pools. The other swimming pool and playground are less than 5 minute walk away.
This was one of the most well stocked places we have stayed. All the appliances you could need are there and there wasn’t anything we lacked in the kitchen. All the bedrooms were good size with plenty of storage and the A/C worked great.
Next time we are in Key Largo, we will be looking to stay here again.

This condo was very spacious. Very clean. Right in front of the Lagoon and one of the pools. The golf cart was a giant plus. We used this daily. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo. We all enjoyed our stay very relaxing!

We had an excellent stay, condo is very clean, plenty of living space, sleeping space, amenities, and the property offered many things to do…golf cart was fun, swimming, fishing. Located within walking distance to many good restaurants and an even quicker drive. Centrally located in Key Largo, very safe. We have 3 teenagers and there were many families with younger kids having a blast. Many used the lagoon. K was super quick to respond to any questions we had too! Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

We arrived very late but the gentleman at the gate had all of our information and very friendly to help us find J7. Info provided for access to the unit was perfect, and we were very happy to find that the place was just as the pictures depicted. The stairs are a little steep for those with any mobility issues.
We were two 'almost retired' couples travelling together, and it was a lovely space. We cooked a few meals there, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Local restaurants are also something to check out - recommend Doc's Diner for breakfast!
One of the pools is just outside the back deck, and the 'snowbirds' that are there are very friendly - so made a few friends as well. Lots of deck chairs, so a nice place to suntan.
So much to do and see in this area, and this was a perfect place to stay. Only used the golf cart once as we had other plans to tour the other points of interest in the area. Snorkling with Sundiver Snorkel Tours was also a hit!
The screened deck on the back was nice to sit and enjoy the lagoon and kids playing. Overall a wonderful place to rest our heads at night.

This condo is roomy and was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The owner was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the downside, the golf cart was not working for the entire stay. (The owner did try to have it repaired while we were there, which is not easy during a holiday week.) To get to the water / end of the jetty without the golf cart is a almost a half a mile walk. (Or you can drive your car a little closer and walk from there.). It wasn’t a problem for most of my family but my husband had an issue with his ankle and never was able to get out there. I was not really expecting that the water is that far away.
The lighting in the living room is also a little dark. We moved a lamp from another room to give more light. Hopefully the owner will make changes in that area. Without moving the lamp we wouldn’t have been able to have enough light to play games at the table.
As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are steep and can be slippery if you don’t have shoes on or go barefoot.

Due to hurricane on west coast we needed to cancel that rental and book a new one just 2 days prior. After booking this, I received instant communication from the host. Any questions I had, comments etc, I would receive a reply almost instantly. The property was nice with easy access to pool. Quiet location for sure. As others mentioned in reviews, stairs are narrow and steep on inside but wasn’t an issue. My only concern would be if traveling with elderly or anyone that would normally have trouble with stairs.

This property left nothing to be desired. The location was perfect, the townhome was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds, beautiful balconies over looking the swimming lagoon and beach, pool access, golf cart, fishing... it really had it all. K was a pleasure to work with and so kind. She helped us out in a bind when our original vrbo rental did not work out. Would definitely stay here again!!

This location was actually as advertised. W 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms everyone was able to have their own private space while still having the main areas to come together. We usually don’t spend much time at the house when we are in the keys but this time the locations amenities we do nice my family requested to spend more time there. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back again.

I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Beautiful, clean and close to local attractions.
If there was a downside, it would be the stairs. I’m in my late 60’s so stairs aren’t my favorite thing but I didn’t let them stop me from having a wonderful vacation.

We were in Key Largo for a friends wedding and could not have asked for a better place to stay! Location is great and close to everything. The condo was very clean and enough space for our family. We would definitely return.

Great 3 bedroom property located close to Publix and Pennekamp state park. One bedroom is pretty tight but was good for our son. Property has a nice pool to hang out by just steps away. We traveled to nearby Pennekamp beach and also Islamorada to go to the beach which was a short drive. Owner was very responsive to questions about the area and the property. Great vacation stay!

Beautiful and well furnished 3 bedroom condo with on site security.
The kitchen has everything I needed to cook several different meals, other than spices but I always bring my own just in case. No problem cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
Location is perfect, nice and quiet off the beaten path but not to far. 5 to 15 minute drive to most of the dive boats.
I will definitely look for this place first for my next trip back to Key Largo.

We had a great vacation in Key Largo. This townhouse was everything we needed for the six of us! Plenty of room, clean, well stocked kitchen. Love the screened porches! Would totally recommend this property! Would like to come back in the future!

This property is as described. Plenty of room for my family to spread out and be comfortable. Very clean. Kids loved the lagoon and pool which are steps from the back door. We were able to sit on the screened back porch and watch kids in pool and lagoon. Loved it. Beds were very comfortable. Owner responsive and checked on us the day of check in and mid-stay. Also was appreciative of the use of the golf cart which allowed my handicapped spouse to tour the property and enjoy the pier. We will be back!

This property is everything described and better. The location is not only great within the private gated community, it is also perfect in relation to all the activities in Key Largo. The pictures are extremely accurate of this completely updated condo but do not begin show the awesome wildlife and sunsets you will experience each day. We took the golf cart each day to the jetty on property for a little fishing and relaxation at one of the many community areas on property. Having stayed at many VRBO listed properties, I can also say this is by far the best owner/property manager I've experienced. Not only was communication before, during and after the trip excellent, she went above and beyond with a little welcome gift that made our group feel special. I'd give more than 5 stars if available. The place is as pictured. My group included 6 adults and the space was great. Just a heads up it’s 3 levels and the stairs are narrow. The host was great and was in contact with me thru our stay. I would book again as we do plan to come back next year.

Great location / quiet for relaxing/ great decor & great owner communication . Very welcoming. Be aware for 3 story floor plan with Steep Narrow Stairs - not suitable for those for special needs. Excellent for families and young adults like our group. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great gated community with the best access to the lagoon and pool. Easy trip to John Pennekamp and Publix. Perfect fishing, especially for kids off the pier.
