The property's highlight is it's location, so close to everything but tucked away from the business of the front. It made you feel like a local especially as the rest of residents of the block seemed permanent. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed though we didn't cook there as there are a plethora of restaurants to indulge in in the evenings.

Aside from a couple of communication glitches all was as advertised. Location was convenient and parking, so scarece in Mallorca, was findable

We loved this apartment - it's in the perfect location near to the beach and shops, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Mireia the owner responded quickly to the couple of minor queries we had (things we couldn't find) but everything was in order. The fresh oranges she'd left for us were also a really nice touch. We will definitely be coming back to stay there!

Great apartment in the perfect location for exploring Peurto Soller. Apartment has everything you need and within 5 minutes walk from cafes, shops, the port and the beach it’s good for a family. We have been to the Port many times and this is definitely one of our favourite stays. Great views too and excellent communication.

The location of the apartment meant everything was close by. Bars, restaurants, shops the tram to Soller were within easy walking distance. Short climb up to the the apartment block plus a number of stairs may mean it’s not accessible for everyone but if you can get there the views are amazing. Hope to return.

Traumhafte Aussicht vom großen Balkon auf den Hafen von Puerto de Sóller. Supermarkt, Strandpromenade, Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Tramuntana. Gute Busanbindung. Wir kommen wieder.

We loved staying in this apartment in Port de Soller. Especially the very central location and views from the balcony were great.

Perfectly located apartment just minutes from everything you’ll need. Views from the balcony and roof top terrace are amazing. Easy check in process plus well maintained and spotlessly clean. Great communication from Mireia throughout with some minor issues dealt with immediately. Highly recommend.

Eenvoudige woning, leuk als je een weekje het Spaanse leven in Port de Soller wilt ervaren.

Kort afstand til strand, restauranter, indkøb osv. Man kan gå til alt. Roligt område. Dejlig rummelig lejlighed, hyggelig og velindrettet. Helt perfekt altan med elektrisk markise, hvor alle måltider og kølig drink kunne nydes til super udsigt over bugten og havnen.

Udlejer er præcis og svarer altid. God kommunikation. Nyt og gammelt blander sig i en hyggelig atmosfære. Udsigten er fantastisk og der er kort afstand på gåben til strand og restauranter. Vi kommer meget gerne igen. Tak!

DAS APPARTEMENT ENTSPRACH UNSEREN ERWARTUNGEN. ES WAR GUT AUSGESTATTET, DIE LAGE RUHIG UND STRANDNAH IM ZENTRUM, NUR WENIGE MINUTEN VON RESTAURANTS ENTFERNT, IDEALER AUSGANGSPUNKT FÜR WANDERUNGEN. VOM BALKON AUS KONNTE MAN DIE SCHÖNE AUSSICHT AUF DEN HAFEN GENIESSEN. ALS WILLKOMMENSGRUSS WURDE UNS EINE FLASCHE WEIN UND OBST KREDENZT, VIELEN DANK DAFÜR.

Lage des Objekts günstig für Einkäufe, Essen gehen und des Strandes. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen stets ein schönes Erlebnis. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett war gut zu verdunkeln. Küche soweit alles o.K.. Erheblicher Nachteil war allerdings, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer in keiner Weise zu verdunkeln war, man konnte draußen erkennen, dass es einmal Verdunkelungstüren gegeben hat, die leider entfernt wurden. Die Benutzbarkeit war hierdurch erheblich beeinträchgt, da es schon sehr früh hell war. Darüber hinaus haben wir es als Zumutung empfunden, dass der Abfluss der Dusche weitgehend verstopft war, hintereinander konnte nicht geduscht werden, ohne das Bad zu überschwemmen. Hätten wir in dieser Preisklasse nicht erwartet. So schön der Urlaub auch sonst war, bedeuteten diese Defizite schon eine wesentliche Beeinträchtigung, so dass hieraus nur die mittelmäßige Beurteilung resultiert.

Die Wohnung hat einen super tollen Ausblick vom Balkon, welcher von beiden Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer begehbar ist. Schön war auch, das einige Sachen, wie Klopapier, Spüli und sowas wie Gewürze und Essig vorhanden waren. Wer aber ein Objekt sucht welches absolut ruhig gelgen ist wird enttäuscht. Leider gib es ein brummenden Geräusch welches in regelmäßigen Abständen angeht. Vermutlich eine Kühlanlage vom Nachbarn (?) Diese hat uns ab und zu gestört. Sonst gibt es Abends oft Musik zu hören von den naheliegenden Restaurants und Bars, die wir allerdings genossen haben. Die Tür zur Dachterasse steht immer offen und steht somit allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung. Auch hier gibt es einen tollen Ausblick unterm Sternenhimmel. Es gibt eine Klimanalge im Hauptschlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist mit Ventilator ausgestattet. An sehr heißen Tagen/Nächten war die Klimaanlage schon sehr nützlich, Mit einer elektrischen Markise am Balkon kann man sich Nachmittags auch auf dem Balkon im Schatten aufhalten. Die Waschmaschine seht auch auf dem Balkon. Die Matrazen waren sehr bequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auch problemlos geklappt. Für ganz kleine Kinder gibt einen Hochstuhl und auch eine Babybett, welche wir aber nicht gebraucht haben. Die Sessel auf dem balkon sind sehr gemütlich und wurden oft genutzt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und 2 Supermärkte gibt eis eine Straße weiter. Den Strand hat man auch Schnell erreicht ebenso die Haltestelle der nostalgischen Straßenbahn, Zur Bushaltestelle läuft man maximal 10 Minuten. Alles im allem können wir diese Wohnung empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung in Port de Soller. Der Strand und Hafen waren schnell erreicht und nicht überfüllt, das Wasser sauber. Man hatte viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Wohnung werden wir weiterempfehlen.

Really enjoyed our stay in this flat overlooking the port, few minutes walking distance from beach, restaurants, pubs and bus links to soller as well as little tram. Perfect for us. Plenty of space including a little balcony which was lovely in evening, and had everything we needed. Communication was really good from beginning. The only thing I would say is you have to pick the keys up from one side of port and flat is on other side. Would be improved if could possibly could them up from walkable distance or a little lockbox, although the ladies at hotel where we picked keys up were very nice and helpful

We were there during a heatwave and the average temperature was around 37 degrees so it was very hot without air conditioning. Unfortunately we did not have a good check-in experience. We arrived after midnight which the owners knew and went to a hotel to collect the keys but the keys were not there. We ended up having to stay in an apartment at the hotel instead. We had to wait until 12 noon to get the keys to the apartment the next day so we had to wait around all morning. We were given unclear instructions to what number the apartment was so spent a lot of time trying to find the apartment with two small children and our luggage in the hot sun. I wrote to the owners immediately about this experience but she took more than a day to respond. I thought it was fair that we should have the first night refunded but she ignored this and said that she thought that the hotel had compensated us which it hadn't. There was no house guide and I asked questions like where to put rubbish and recycling as there was no guest guide but no-one responded. As a short-term holiday apartment owner myself, I would never leave it so long to get back to a guest or ignore questions, especially during the guests actual stay. The apartment itself was good and I would recommend it but I was left disappointed as the owners clearly aren't invested in the guest experience.

Wer schon beim Frühstück eine so schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen genießen darf, weiß, das er sich richtig entschieden hat. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Wir waren Mitte Mai dort und nutzten die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Serra de Tramuntana. In zwei Minuten zu Fuß ist man an der Promenade, unterwegs kommt man schon an zwei Supermärkten vorbei. Selbst einen Parkplatz fanden wir in der Nähe. Dazu ist allerdings etwas Glück notwendig, morgens und abends aber möglich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
