The staff were lovely and super helpful with booking taxis and restaurants etc Hotel is right on the strip but still quiet at night

The air con was really good! Definitely needed in the heat.

The showers were a little on the weak side, a touch awkward to use, but certainly still acceptable.

The location was lovely and close to the Malia strip. There are shops close enough to get anything you may need - lots of water in our case - and the hosts were very nice to us and couldn't do enough for us. There were lots of options for food and drink at the studios' bar if we needed it. The pool was just sublime, amazingly clean and lovely in the 30° heat.

The beds are a little uncomfortable but only because we are used to a softer mattress. It would have been nice to have had some more water in the rooms as we were unsure if the water from the tap was safe but this is a very minor inconvenience.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the place is right in the middle of the restaurants, bars and a walking distance from the beach.

The ar conditioning was a bit old, so it was not strong enough to keep up with the super hot days.

Kind staff, clean accomodation, good location, overall it was a nice experience. They were cleaning the room every day and changing the aheets and towels every 2 days.

There are several buildings, the one I stayed in, that has a pool and bar view, I think it's older, furniture is old, AC is old and very noisy. It was extremely hot in the room, there was no way to leave the AC open when you left the room since it was only working if the room card was connected. Also during the night you couldn't leave it open because of the noise. - You really need to replace the AC or find a solution, it gets really hot. I was the only guest in my room but I had a twins bed. One of the beds was arranged for sleeping but the other one not. I had to unite the beds by myself but I only had sheets for half of it. I payed for the entire room so I would have expected to have the entire room prepared. After I united the beds, when cleaning the room they brought proper sheets. The pool was closed from 9 pm until 9 am though the owner was vert kind to let us stay in the pool after 9 pm. The hairdryer was broken. Small bathroom with very noisy ventilation. Shower cabin was not actually a cabin, it had a courtain.

Nothing at all everything was great in these place!

We liked Mirage a lot! The rooms were nice and clean, with a little kitchen to prepare some small food. The pool was very well taken care of and the whole outside area was beautiful. You could buy drinks and food for reasonable prices. The owners were absolutely amazing and getting out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The party street is just oustide the hotel, but in the rooms, we could sleep well. We throroughly enjoyed our stay and would always come back!

Second time I have been to mirage and I will Be back again next year. The rooms are perfect for a couple or a solo person travelling, clean and spacious. The location is perfect as you’re right in the middle of the strip but you’re never kept awake by the music. It’s a family run place and you can tell they want it to be better than the other hotels in Malia.

As a holiday for relaxing and spending time with family or friends away from the 9-5 life, one thing people like to do is sit on their balcony, talk, smoke or simply relax. I think guests should be advised to close their glass sliding door so people are allowed to talk on their balcony without waking others 👎🏼
