This property is absolutely the most clean, quiet and peaceful place we have ever been! It was the best place we have stayed in a long time! We already want to go back! Bob was very accommodating and super friendly even though we didn’t meet him! We knew he was available if we needed him! Back patio and pool is amazing!! Birds singing!!! You do not want to miss out on this beautiful home!! More than what we expected!!

Wow, what a nice place! Lovely gated community and a wonderfully clean home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Austin. It was convenient to the Lake Travis area, and easy access to downtown. Communications with Bob was easy, we had an older Aunt with us who needed the pool a bit warmer than usual, and we were accommodated with no issues. Overall, a great stay! Highly recommended!

Top notch property and community! We originally were looking at something closer to Austin but so glad we decided on this home. Plenty of space for our family of five, well equipped for anything you need, with the highlight of a great patio and pool area. We took many trips into Austin, never more than 30 minutes. The Hills community was great for walking and running with multiple parks. Highly recommended!

Great property, plenty of room, near Lake Travis, lots of outdoor space and of course the pool was fantastic

This was my first vacation in over 3 years and my first time using Vrbo. I could not have selected a better house. We were a party of 5 - my wife, 7 year old son, my mother, and both in-laws. Everyone had a wonderful time - doing laps around the pool, enjoying grilled steaks in the backyard covered patio (with retractable sun screen), or enjoying a family movie on Netflix. We concluded our vacation with a sunset cruise on the lake. This house is very safe, clean and beautiful inside and out with everything you need to ensure a great stay. The pool is very clean and well maintained (in fact, the pool cleaner came by one day for routine cleaning…..was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes). The house had a welcome package waiting for at the door with basic instructions and activity suggestions. Bob was an excellent host. Although we did not physically meet him, he made us feel welcomed and comfortable. If you are planning to vacation in Austin, Tx, this house is the perfect place to stay! Thank you Bob. This place was great. This was the third year that our family has gone to Lake Travis to spend time on the lake. This place fits the bill! Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and livingroom are open and spacious. The pool is great. The instructions are clear and you have all the amenities that you need. About 10 minutes from Lake Travis. Large HEB and restaurants are nearby. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, the perfect size for 6 ladies from NY. A full bath located in each bedroom was convenient. We didn't cook or grill so no comment on those amenities. But the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities. We loved the cute mini bar, many pics were taken there! The pool area was ideal for relaxation, we enjoyed hanging out there. Most of all, we appreciated the cleanliness & safety features (24hr gated security) of the property. Highly recommended!

We wanted a great house for our family with teens to hang out while we spent the weekend at Lake Travis, and this house was perfect. Beautiful home, lovely neighborhood, and so convenient to Lakeway Marina. We look forward to renting this house in the future!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our Spring Break vacation! Everything we needed was at the house! Great location with grocery stores, restaurants just a few minutes away! Located in a safe gated community! Bob was great to deal with as well and truly cared about how things were going with the family! You could tell he took a lot of pride in us having a great stay! Highly recommend his place!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house - very clean, great pool, nice location. Easy communication with owner. The house was spacious and bathrooms for each bedroom was a plus. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if back in town.

Our kids loved the heated pool and it's visible from the kitchen and living area. The owners keep the house clean and welcoming. The floorplan is spacious with the master bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The house a lot of windows and is in a great neighborhood. It's also close to Lakeway Marina which was really nice as our family rented a boat there. It does take 30 minutes with no traffic to get to downtown Austin so that is something to plan around. I would certainly stay here again. Two thumbs up!

We had six adults and an infant and we all had plenty of space. Great open floor plan, everything you could ask for provided. Home was up to date and in great shape. Plenty of seating outside and the pool felt great after a busy day. Quiet gated neighborhood and easy access. Bob the host contacted us before our trip to answer any questions we might have . We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend his home. We normally do not stay at same place twice but our family felt so comfortable there we could definitely see ourselves staying there again.

You will not be dissappointed at all. Bob is very accommodating and manages his property very well. It is so clean and beautifully maintained. Extremely safe area which was of high importance to us. We had a ladies trip for some much needed relaxation. They had every single item we could need and more. We literally did not leave the home until our last day...we didn't need to! The pool is amazing!!! Felt like a resort, which is exactly what we were going for, minus all the traffic and people. You will only feel rested and completely satisfied with your stay. They also had several amenities for families with little ones available. The surround sound was amazing too. You can tell his property is loved! Thank you, Bob and family!

Very nice place but had to change out the bbq plate for owner. Had pool and owner mentioned would be good if we were out of pool by 10pm due to complaints from last renter. Also had rodents in back yard. All in all would not stay there again

property was very nice, pool was excellent, nice area of town, easy to get to, close to a lot of things, owner was very easy to contact with any questions, would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We stayed here for Easter weekend with our family. The house was perfect and very comfortable for all of us. We really enjoyed our time by the pool and the kitchen was fully stocked for our cooking needs. Bob was very thoughtful and even had a pack and play available for our 6 month old to use. We look forward to coming back one day!

The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. We were in town for a conference and short spring break. Split our time by the pool and exploring the area. Location is excellent! Traffic into Austin varied depending on the day but manageable! No complaints. Would definitely stay again. Thank-you to our wonderful host!
