Beautiful appartment, well equipped. Very close to the train station. Supermarket as well as restaurants up to 5 min walk.

The parking garage was 5 minutes away and parking there was very challenging. It wasn't a four star experience at all

Nice and comfortable apartment for us. Although a bit far from the center, it is close to a tram station so it is easy to get to other parts of Vienna. The host was very helpful and kind. We didn't notice the car dimensions restriction for parking in the host's garage, but he arranged another parking in a nearby garage

Some of the dishes were not washed very well, maybe it was just an oversight by the host

The apartment is spacious in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean. Really great apartment for a longer stay.

We had to wash our towels, I expected more for a 13 day stay.

Some supermarket and backerei near, the rapidity of response from the owner, the posibility of free parking (garage), the tramway station very close to the apartment.

The apartment was in a great location, very close to a tram that goes to the city center. Near everything - shops, restaurants and cafes.

It was not cleaned - the floor was dirty, the bathroom too. It was also not warm in the apartment.

it was very spacious, well furbished and had a very nice kitchen with everything you need.

Very nice, comfortable, clean apartment. Kitchen has everything you need. There is dishwasher too. Tram station is close and it’s easygoing to center of the city. P&R is close too,one metro station far away. I recommend it!

1. Very spacious apartment, high ceiling with living room, open kitchen concept, hallway, 1 bathroom & 1 toilet (separated) and 2 large double bedrooms. 2. Modern style apartment. 3. Easy access self check in via safe key box located at the entrance of the house. 4. Washing machine (no dryer) located at the bathroom. 5. Smart TV with Youtube, Netflix, local channels etc. 6. Strategic location, close to coffee shop, restaurant, grocery store (SPAR), tram. 7. Kitchenette with induction cooker, kettle, coffee machine, microwave etc. 8. Parking garage (narrow entrance unless you drive a small car) is located about 5mins walk from the apartment. Please contact the owner for reservation.

1. Unfortunately there is no lift/elevator. Our apartment was at the 2nd floor, trouble some for me & husband to carry our few large suitcases via spiral stairs to the unit. 2. The kettle need to be cleaned or replaced with new one.

The Place was very close to everything,we actually walked to town(40 min walking) but was a pleasure and an opportunity to check around in Wien.There is shops,grocceries,restaurants and bars around te place too.The parking it’s been provided in a private place that is keeping the car safe too.The rooms are a bit noisy as you can hear outside but if you have few beers or a night tea before sleeping you’ll be fine.The temperature in the rooms was fantastic.The lady we talked on the phone she’s very helpfully and friendly too.Overall i recomand the place and it’s been a nice experience there.
