قريب من السنتر ومن كل شي وعندهم مكتب لتأجير السيارات كل شي حولك ماتحتاج سياره مكان ممتاز وفيه موظفه عراقيه جدا طيبه ومتعاونه بشكل عام انصح به وبقوه

The location only

I received the room and the trash can in the bathroom was not changed as the previous guest had used the bathroom and it was not cleaned when I received the room… The room was arranged and sanitary ware was not provided in the bathroom… Sleeper was not available. When checking out to go to the airport, I was informed that there are fees to modify the reservation as the price was modified and there is an amount due to be paid and I was not informed of this upon checking in. I tried to reach an understanding with them because I was not informed of this matter, neither by phone nor by email, and an amount of money was deducted from my card. There is no transparency upon checking out.

De manier waarop we geholpen werden bij problemen. Bij mijn collega was een tas met kleren uit de kamer gehaald en ik was mijn schoenen vergeten in te pakken (of ze waren ook al weg). Bij navragen bij de receptie en bij het nabellen naar de klantenservice werd er of afwijzend of laks gereageerd (ik werd niet teruggebeld terwijl dat 2 keer beloofd werd)

朝食は、普通です。8時前は混みすぎて、料理やコーヒーが欠品が多い。

部屋が狭い割に、値段が高い。 他のHilton に比べて、レベルがあまり高く無い。

The show supplies were empty and we could not shower. The phone in the room did not work and we couldn't call to get things fixed

المكان غالي بالنسبه للموقع بعيد عن السنتر تقريبين 15 دقيقه مشي طبعاً مافيه ماء رلا سليبر للحمام اعزكم الله بصراحه مايستحق السعر
