When we walked in it was clear this is a newly renovated, clean, and beautiful unit. Nice bright lighting and attention to detail and amenities make it a great condo to visit. The property manager truly cares about the guest experience and communication was seamless from start to finish. We will be choosing this unit in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Had a fantastic time here at the resort! The condo is super-clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything a family needs to cook meals a huge dining room table, with laundry inside. The beds are comfortable and the view of the ocean from the living room and master is awesome. We can’t say enough about this property and we plan on making this a tradition each year. The fireworks on the beach were off the hook with a short walk to the beach right out the back door. Thank you Ty!

This unit has a great location in the complex, right near the stairs to the beach. It was also equipped with everything we needed. A particularly nice touch were the throw blankets for curling up on the sofa to watch movies or play games. Thanks for the great stay!

The property was emaculet and had great views of the ocean. The property was in perfect order and the location of the unit was perfect. Close to the beach path and really close to the jucuzzi and pool. Ty was super helpful and friendly.

Our family of four had a lovely Christmas week staying here. We've stayed at other units in Seascape before, and this one is vastly superior. It has everything you could possibly anticipate needing, is spacious, modern and exceedingly well cared for. We hope to visit again.

Great weekend family getaway
Unit was spacious, updated and comfortable and featured an ocean view from patio, where we saw a deer family daily. Condo was decorated nicely and stocked with basics in kitchen, which was appreciated. Owner was communicative and responsive. We will be back!

Beautiful and convenient condo!
This condo has beautiful views of the ocean, so waking up to the view and sounds of the ocean was amazing. The condo also had everything we needed and wanted, including two king beds which is rare. The owner was super responsive and the stay was fantastic!

Fourth of July
We stayed two nights over the Fourth of July weekend. Very easy access to go to the beach and pool. We spent the days on the beach then back up to the property to prepare dinner. Loved the spectacular fireworks show from the back porch. We didn’t have to leave the property the entire weekend. Easy check in and check out. Met your nice neighbors too. Thank you for ordering up such perfect weather for us. We hope to be back soon.

Lovely time in Aptos!
We had a lovely visit to Aptos! The condo was great - very nice use of space, clean, well equipped kitchen, nice bed linens :). Our friends stayed in the 2nd bedroom and noted that the bedside lamp on the right could not be plugged in due to a cabinet blocking the outlet - otherwise we very happy with our stay and would certainly stay again! Ty was very responsive to my questions - always nice when renting.

Ocean Hide Away
The owners response was very prompt and very informative. Ty wanted to make sure our stay would be as pleasurable as possible and if anything came up not to hesitate to contact him. It is a very nice little place tucked away by the ocean and my family and I had a very enjoyable stay. I had read some of the other reviews and if there had been a problem before rest assured Ty has taken care of them. We would stay here again. Very close to some nice shopping and restaurants. We give it a 5 star rating.

Wow!
We had a wonderful stay for 3 days at Christmas. Very clean, great layout with separation between bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room. The views are spectacular! I was concerned with being so close to parking area in photos, but there is a lot of room between dining area and parking; you could not hear any car noise. Ty is an excellent host and answered all my kitchen area questions before our arrival. Thanks for allowing our family to share this beautiful place.

Having some mobility problems, the ground level unit was perfect.
The ocean views are spectacular and we enjoyed the deer passing
by a couple of times. Lucky for us the upstairs unit was not occupied so all was quiet for us.
Unfortunately the master bathroom is overdue for a complete
re-do. The overhead lite in the shower does not work, nor does
the electrical outlet next to the sink. Pealing wallpaper and mold
around the shower door are a turn off.

Nice place noisey
We loved the place, the beach, super nice and clean. The bummer for our relaxing get away was the upstairs neighbors all day and into the evening it was a heard of elephants walking above us.
