Family Beach Home - 400 yards from the Ocean
Cette belle maison de 2 étages de 4 chambres est un endroit merveilleux pour les vacances! L'entrée de la maison se trouve au deuxième étage où vous entrez dans la salle à manger. Le salon, la chambre principale, la chambre des enfants (deux lits jumeaux) et la petite salle de bain se trouvent au même étage. Le premier étage dispose de deux chambres. Une chambre a un lit double. L'autre chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Les équipements de la maison comprennent réfrigérateur, cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes, cafetière, vaisselle et ustensiles. Toute la maison est climatisée. Vous avez tout à portée de main, sauf pour votre nourriture! L'arrière spacieuse et côté cour sont des zones idéales pour les enfants à jouer et / ou familles de se détendre dans un environnement paisible et sécuritaire. Reggio Avenue est sur une rue sans issue.

We had a great stay! Everything was just as stated, no surprises but being nicer and roomier than anticipated. My family stayed with my best friend and her family and everything was great. The host was easy to reach if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Carol's property was a perfect fit for my family's yearly trip to OOB. The house was a short walk to the beach, close to downtown OOB and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Carol was a responsive and great host, and was always available while giving us the space to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider staying again next year!

Carol was a lovely host and was easily accessible during our time in Maine (but gave us ample privacy too). The location of the house was great— short walk to a great beach; about a 20 minute walk to Palace Playground and a 10 minute walk to little shops in Ocean Park. The neighborhood is quieter than the heart of OOB which we appreciated. We enjoyed being able to use the small yard and outside space. The unit was fine for our needs; it could use some updates and a bit of a deep clean (ceiling fans were very dusty, plastic mattress protectors were not super clean). However I felt the online listing was accurate so there were no major surprises. And FYI the unit is on the second floor so there is a full flight of stairs to enter and exit, just in case that’s not clear from the listing

This was the first time we rented a property for a family vacation with our children and grandchildren and we were so delighted with everything. It is such a short walk to the beach, we were able to use it sunrise to sunset because it was so close and easy to come and go. It is on a very quiet street and there is plenty of outside room. We enjoyed both the front patio and the side and backyard. Everything was just as it is described and the owner is so welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Location!
The property location was fantastic to the beach. Having a back yard for the kids to play was ideal!! This was a very nice place to stay with family and the Host was very responsive to everything. Thanks for the great memories!!

Centrally located, close to beach, nice outdoor amenities (grill, loads of space, firepit, nice patio out front). Very comfortable.

Charming summer rental near wonderful beach in Maine
The property is located on a quiet street just 400 yards from the beach. It has wonderful outdoor facilities both front and back. Host was very forthcoming.
Suggestions: Bathroom could need some TLC (floor and tiles - and a lock). There would be much added value to the property if the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
We had a great time and truly enjoyed the area.

The yard and patio made this place A great way to spend time with family without being on the busy pier. The beach is pristine and full of families in this area.

Nice clean place near the beach
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house near the beach. There were 8 of us in the house with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors around the house. Its close to the beach and the downtown area which the kids loved. We would recommend it and definitely go back.

Great Week at Old Orchard Beach
Carol was a very delightful hostess. She was very helpful and the process to get in the house and even the online communication was great. The house is located in a great area. Dead end street which was nice and quiet. Two floors and plenty of bedroom space for all of us. Beautiful backyard with fire pit and the front Patio was nice and very beach themed. We made a lot of memories there.

Nice property - a/c was a great perk on a hot week!
We had a great stay. The owner, lives on the property & is extremely nice & very responsive. Unless you need something, you wouldn’t know she was there. We had a very hot week. The air conditioning was a life saver. It’s a cute property with lots of sleeping space & great outdoor areas. There’s a front patio & backyard with grill, patio set & fire pit. Great rental, especially for a family.

Perfect vacation spot!
Carol’s home was exactly what we were looking for. It’s cute, clean and a very easy walk to the beach and to town . The central air was a big help since it was very hot the week we were there. We highly recommend the rental and hope to go back next year!
