Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ganz besonders Gil. Wir sind zu Dritt gereist mit Kind. Hatten zunächst nur ein Zimmer mit Zustellbett, das für Drei wirklich zu klein war. Wir haben nach einem größeren Zimmer gefragt, das uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Gil kümmerte sich, sodass wir am 2. Abend im Hotel in ein größeres Dreibettzimmer umziehen konnten.
Auch so wurde uns bei Fragen immer sehr freundlich geholfen.
Das Personal macht eine tollen Job.
Auf Sauberkeit wird sehr im Hotel geachtet. Wir haben regelmäßig auch Reinigungspersonal in den Fluren und am Pool gesehen.
Abendessen war gut, täglich wechselnde Variation an vegetarischem Gericht, Fisch- und Fleischgericht.
Die Cocktail Bar ist sehr gut und v.a. die Happy Hour, in der es 2 Cocktails einer Sorte zum Preis von einem gab.
Ein schönes Hotel mitten in St. Paul's Bay mit kleinem, schönen Pool.
Das Hotel hat schon viele Gäste bewirtet, was man besonders an den Bodenbeläge der Hotelflure und den Bädern in den Zimmern sieht - leicht in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Matratzen waren für uns nicht ganz so bequem, sehr weich und mit Federkern.
Beim Frühstück war in Ordnung, nur gab es wenig Abwechslung beim Angebot, besonders zu wenig vegetarische oder vegane Alternativen, keine Auswahl an Käse oder Aufstrichen, keine Brotauswahl und auch zu wenig frisches Obst sowie zu wenig Auswahl an frischem Gemüse.

Staff were extremely professional and helpful. The restaurants are really good and not so expensive. Great food choices and also for the kids. Breakfast is ok. We had some issues with our wifi at the beginning of our stay but settled it straight away. We love the indoor pool. Gym is small but ok.

Clean room, comfortable bed, very kind and helpful staff, excellent food- kudos to chef, delicious coffee, nice outdoor pool.

The room was comfortable and clean and had nice views.
We started off on a rocky start because we were supposed to check in at 3pm however the room wasn't ready. All of our friends had already checked in so we were very disappointed. We were told to wait for a couple of minutes however 30 mins passed and nothing happened. The receptionist offered us a drink and then we were allowed to do a late checkout the next day which we appreciated since the room was given to us at 3:50pm. Even though it was a rocky start I am happy with the way they fixed the situation, especially the manager. :)

A very large hotel located in the center of Bugibba. A lot of shops in the area and about 5 minutes walk to the promenade on the sea shore. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. One outside and the other indoor inside the hotel and a Jacuzzi bath. Teasty breakfast at a high level in the form of a buffet, a large selection of dishes and bread. The area is very noisy, so I advise you to choose a room with windows facing the pool to keep it quiet. Good value for money in January.
The cleanliness of the room is average, especially the bathroom.

This hotel got everything . Great pool , gym, excellent view from the room, lovely lobby bar with respectable menu and the location is just few minutes walk from the marine. Also just in front there is a tourist shop where you can get whatever you need.
The city is safe and very cute. the beach is remarkable. Just go there , no regrets.

The location was great! The hotel is a hop on/hop off sightseeing bus stop and it’s also a short walk away from the ocean and the beachfront promenade full of shops and restaurants!
The beds were uncomfortable as they were really firm and had no mattress pad whatsoever. I also hated the shower setup as it was impossible not to get the floor wet with the half shower door.

Our experience here has been amazing, our room was very clean and the hotel facilities were on point. The food we had was always at a great standard and the pool and gym were also great. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Would definitely visit again.

Hotel rooms are quite sunny, spacious and clean. You always have access to great indoor pool and jacuzzi ( as I was visiting Malta in January, only indoor pool was open).
Location is great, everything is next to you.

Staff.. Specially Daniela.from the check in untill the check out She look after us attentively in our every needs.First night the Dinner was amazing and from Friday hotel was packed with local tourist(Maltese)and their behaviour was not to the standard as after the meals they never let others to have meals by occupying the tables..Hotel staff were couldn't do anything, that is not their fault..IN OVERALL GOOD HOTEL.. Special thanks to Nepalese Staff , they are very friendly..Plus point for the Hotel

Wow Pebble Resort is so amazing! It was so good that I booked extra nights two times. The staff are just outstanding they are amazing and so professional and went out of their way to make sure my stay was amazing. I loved everything. It's so clean, both the pools are amazing, the food (especially the breakfest buffet) is very good, Wifi, the room just everything! Would stay here again and again thank you very much!

The room was very comfortable and spacious with awesome pool view. It was extremely clean!!! The indoor heated pool was a perfect option for late season vacation.
