Clean and very well equipped apartment. Kitchen area looked newly refurbished. Nice roof terrace and pool with plenty of space to sit. Good value breakfast. Friendly staff.

they turn off air conditioning from 10:00 until 14:00. very hot place in the summer so we need air conditioning the cleaning service doesnt clean well the apartment. only heavy things. i stayed for 3 weeks there and i had to clean it up myself to have a clean apartment.

The breakfast was ok, but it lacked options, specially for vegetarians. We really liked the staff, but if you could add some variety to the first taste of the morning, would be lovely.

The hotel experience was nice, when we except for the construction work that took place since we arrived in the room around 1PM to 5PM. I though the windows were open, but they were just thin. And something I would definitely change is the airport shuttle service. We told to be ready 3:15AM at the reception, so we were waiting at 3:10AM. The driver was late about 10 minutes and when he arrived, he didn't talk much. To my understanding, we were going straight to the airport, but we started taking shady routes and I thought I was soon going to be an unintentional kidney donor. Instead, we picked up 3 more people from 3 different locations. I don't mind sharing the taxi, but it should be communicated beforehand. And the price for this kind of service should have been divided between the people driving. Instead we had to cough out a big sum that definitely wasn't worth the drive though darkness, unknowingness and fear. Wouldn't do it again.

The hotel is great. We had an apartment, which was wonderful for a family with a young child. The indoor pool is great, it is very warm in the facility. Would stay there again definitely!
