Lovely hotel

The in door in winter has to be warm not cold you freeze.in the room no fridge 48euro with no breakfast and for 1 nghit too much i think .theres a smell not good in it.in the room if you open a window some noise outside and the room small .i dont like it sorry

Hotel is in an amazing location 5min away from everything, it looks nice and modern, staff were lovely and even though my flight was delayed they still let me check in after 00:00 as reception is 24/7 (other places you can't check in after a certain time). Room was nice, didn't have a view but nothing to complain about there. The pool on the top floor is a great place for sunbathing too!

I liked pretty much everything, I don't think the little bedside lights were working in my room but didn't really bother me, besides that think I got a great deal for my stay! And no cockroaches either!

HB dinner was not in the hotel restaurant, but in the neighborung pub. The food was very good there, but the staff was poorly organized. On first night, despite I brought voucher with me, they asked me to find myself on their list since they "could not find me". Next evening the staff, I think he was the owner, assault another man in front of other guests and children. The young waiter stopped phisical conntact. One night I claimed wrong order (just a regular cake) and he became very rude saying "I am Vlach of Romania", seemed to be under work pressure and hardly to handle it. Generally, pub staff was not trained, didn't know if we could or could not have starter (they changed the rules depending who did the shift), under the level of Primera Hotel.

Good location, hotel is surrounded by many bus stations with different bus lines that connects you well to the rest of the island. The grocery, bakery and many restaurants are close to the hotel. Staff is friendly and willing to help in case of problems.

It’s a little bit noisy place at night, so bring the earplugs.

Receptionist was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Unfortunately lots of guests having loud parties to the early hours and the facilities were a bit run down

first room had no air conditioning and a leaky bathroom (301), hotel did change rooms when problems were reported, only hotel I have ever stayed in that gave a kettle and mugs, but no coffee or tea available
