Where do I start...... What an amazing place to stay, went there on my own for 6 nights I felt so safe and very welcome there! The view from my room was amazing 🤩 Hotel fabulous 😍 Foood delicious 🤤 Staff so friendly, especially house keeping Pravin and Anil were so good with the cleaning in my room very friendly and very nice making sure that I was happy with my room if I needed anything or any problems! Had a problem with my fridge in the room it was leaking and it was fixed straight away! Would highly recommend AX ODYCY, for either families solo travel or couples! Looking forward to going back there again! 😍😍

I would like to thank the lady who checked us in. Aurelie did a great job, she was very nice and we even got a room upgrade. The lady from housekeeping who cleaned our room and at the same time always helped us when we needed anything did a great job. Jatil Shakya would be very deserving of appreciation. Both of them did the best possible service for us and made our stay even better.

Séjour parfait au sein de l'hôtel Ax Odicy Demi-pension avec buffet varié et très bon chaque jour. Espace "kids station" très pratique à hauteur d'enfant pour se servir qui ravie les enfants. Piscine eau salée en extérieur et espace aquatique super pour les enfants et surveillé ! Large choix de restaurants de l'hôtel autour. Chambre spacieuse, vue latérale vue mer très sympa. Merci aux "housekeeper Anil & Giusu g" du 4ème étage pour le soin apporté à la chambre lors de notre séjour. Je pense toutefois que l'été, le lieu doit être moins agréable si vous aimez le calme...

Although there are 8-9 lifts buts it's very busy and takes up to 3-5 mins to go up or down.

Nice location, frequent room cleaning, free parking, nice terrace on top floor.

No air cooling during winter months. Choice was: not to sleep because of lack of oxygen or because of noice from the street (open balcony). In busy hours hard to get elevator and need to go by stairs many floors or wait very long time. Swimming pool and jacuzzi closed after 6pm. Normally swimming pools/jacuzzi work till late evening like 9-10 pm. If you go for day tour, you always come back when it is already closed.

As i am a disabled obese person ,i was a bit concerned about my well being but it was over the top with regards my room,facilities,bars and the reception area people where magnificant in helping me out.

There is literally nothing on my side to complain other than when my time was up yo go home.

На крыше отеля несколько площадок для отдыха с джакузи и небольшим бассейном. Вода в бассейне Морская. В отеле можно взять в прокат халат за 5€ на весь срок прибывания и матерчатые тапочки за 2€. Полотенце для бассейна выдают бесплатно. Ресторан питания большой, в котором кормят по предварительной оплате при заказе отеля. Несколько ресторан-баров за отдельную плату. Питание разнообразное и довольно вкусное. Ежедневно 5 разновидностей мясных блюд и рыбные блюда, суши, широкий спектр холодных и горячих напитков, включая вино и пиво. В отеле есть большая игровая комната для детей различного возраста. Есть СПА салон за отдельную оплату. Примерно в 300 метров от отеля находится главный Океанариум Мальты. Рядом с отелем автобусная остановка, проезд на любое расстояние 2€, расписание доступно в Google карты и на остановке. Особенность, при появлении автобуса необходимо голосовать, иначе при отсутствии желающих выходить водитель проезжает остановки. Рядом с отелем есть туристическое бюро с доступными поездками.

Die Lobby ist sehr stark klimatisiert. Aber damit kann man gut leben. Ansonsten alles super

Our room was upgraded to a Deluxe . The adults' pool and the surrounding are were fantastic. Reception staff was cordial and supportive when our room was not ready. We would especially like to thank Kauser and Jaqsir-singh for helping in our queries and keeping our room spotless.

Good location. We stayed in the adult pool area and very nice view. Breakfast is very nice with a huge variety.

Noise proofing is an issue given that the hotel is still under construction

Hotel is great and comfortable specially thanks to Janak and his team member Rachana from housekeeping they are amazing and ensured that everything has been nice and clean.

the choice of dishes for breakfast was large, everyone will find something delicious, personnel was fantastic, airline was lost our language but the personnel of the hotel done everything to compensate us for it. Best regards from 725 room. At the room you have all you need - coffee and tea set, iron and ironing board, towels (cleaned daily), free safe, free air conditioning. Floor 11 and the swimming pools and jacuzzi there are amazing. The drinks at the club are fantastic. A very good solution is that the rooftop swimming pool and bar are for people 18+, while on -1 there are more swimming pools, slides and bars intended also for families with children. Beach close by the road. Bus stop right next to the hotel.

The adults only rooftop pool and sun deck was lovely. All of the hotel staff were so polite and helpful.

Rooms were modern but bathrooms are in need of an upgrade.

Staff needs to be trained better. I was told 3 different breakfast times which were all wrong. Chiller in the room was missing and had to ask twice for it. 2 check-in /check out desks for 600 room hotel. Waiting time at front desk takes long to be served
