White Sands # 17 est une luxueuse maison de ville Gulf Front 4 chambres / 3 salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12! Au premier étage, vous avez un garage pour 2 voitures et un accès à une cage d'escalier. Au rez-de-chaussée qui est le deuxième étage de trois, vous avez accès à votre propre balcon Gulf Front avec un gril à gaz, une cuisine équipée de comptoirs en granit, un salon, une salle à manger, une salle de bain complète et une chambre 1 sur 4 avec accès à son propre balcon privé. Au dernier étage, qui est le troisième étage, vous avez la chambre principale avec accès à un balcon privé ainsi que la salle de bains principale attenante, les chambres 2 et 3 avec accès à un balcon commun et la 3ème salle de bain complète. The location, view and condo are awesome! We were a family of 9, 6 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room for all to have their own spaces. Be aware that the unit elevator is not be guest use, I saw in their listings that one said elevator and one stated “not for guest use” and had a 50/50 chance, but lost on that item, I should have called to clarify. But other than that misunderstanding, I was a wonderful unit and great week on Pensacola Beach!

Wonderful property! Love being able to park in a garage and have wonderful ocean views. Only negative was there weren’t any comfortable chairs or sofa on entire property.

Needs new carpet, needs new ice maker/water dispenser. Needs more drinking glasses, needs more teaspoons and butter knives. We only had 2 butter knives and 2 small spoons to eat with. We had to go buy plastic cutlery. Bedrooms facing the street very much hotter than the rest of condo. Porch light was out under the condo and the wooden planks coming in from beach were covered in algae and very slick! Overall we had a good time but for the amount of money we paid for this unit, we were disappointed. Also we found wet towels in washer upon arrival and dishes in dishwasher.

We brought our high school graduate with 5 friends and two other sets of parents. The location was perfect, the beach is gorgeous with fine white sand and plenty of shells. The water was gorgeous! No real complaints. I read the other reviews and offered similar feedback that more kitchen and bathroom towels would be nice but we just did laundry a couple times during our 4 night stay. The kitchen had plenty of the basics, no crockpot but no biggee. Consumables like toilet paper and trash bags aren’t enough for more than a couple days but that is communicated in the info so we brought some from home since we were driving. If we ever have a group that size again, I would stay there again—I loved the property, location and the gorgeous water that much!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Plenty of room, quiet, amazing views, and clean. Management team is great to work with. I've booked many vacation homes and this one was definitely a favorite. Thank you for a great stay!

For the price expected a lot more amenities. Elevator not working. Kitchen poorly stocked. Property Manager sent broom, mop, hot pads, kitchen towels, spoons. Both upstairs baths clogged and slowly drained. Uncomfortable mattresses, mold in baths along ceiling. Back door handle to door falling off. Hose downstairs did not work. Location was superb.

What an awesome place to hang out with family! Spacious kitchen, nice sized bedrooms, good beds, very clean, spectacular view! Just a few steps from the ocean and sandy beach. Property management company responded quickly when we reached out to them on a couple of small issues. We plan to return for our next family trip!!

Terrible neighbors
The property and the service from the company were excellent. In my 35 years of coming to the beach I have never encountered such disrespect of others. The neighbors to the left were chain smokers and loud music players. When we politely asked for a break in the smoke it got worse. When we asked for quieter music it got louder. It was impossible to enjoy being on the patio which is why I selected this property. The neighbors on the right had barking dogs. It was my worst experience at the beach.

Family fun on the beach!
This is our second time staying in white sands homes. The property management company is so easy to work with. This location is right on the beach and having the large garage with beach access makes it so convenient to store beach chairs and toys in the evenings. The master bedroom was beautiful and our kids loved the bunk room. We would definitely rent again.

Well laid out for a big family. Very comfortable furnishings. Enormous and well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of beach. Patios of these units are right next to each other with only a railing, so if you are looking for privacy while sitting outside, this could be an issue. Patio furniture needs replacing, including the gas grill, which was almost unusable. The limited areas of carpeting inside (stairways, bedrooms) are ready for replacing.

I’ve rented other units at White Sands with good result; however, I can not recommend #17. When I checked in, there was no way to lock exit doors and no outside lighting on either side. I wasted many hours trying to diagnose and deal with problems, especially the elevator. Don’t count on it. We left a day early due to frustration.

From the pictures I had some concerns that the house may not be very specious. But when we got there the house was very roomy and perfect for the amount of people we had. We had a big family with us (10). The rooms where very comfortable. The only thing was that entering the home was a little confusing. The Garage has alot of doors to access the house (none are labeled what is what). It took us a some time to figure out how to open any of the doors. The door to elevator took us forever to find out why we couldn't access the house that way. We were not told that the elevator was not accessible to any renter until we called the desk. So if you have someone that has a disability be ready to climb stairs into to the house. The house was very nice and accommodating. One other thing. The back door was not secured. The sliding door can easily be opened, which concerned us because we had small children. Other than that..we had a wonderful time at the house.

Great Beach House Get-Away
First off, I was super happy with the property staff staying in their office 20mins past closing hours so I could check-in the first day of my arrival. The beach house/condo itself was simply incredible. The property was a lot more spacious than the pictures made it seem. We had the maximum party of 12 but felt very comfortable and didn't feel cramped at all. The app they provided was also very useful when looking for activities and restaurants in the local area. 10/10 would recommend !!!

We have been going to White Sands since the 80's and have always enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the mattresses in every room was the biggest complaint by everyone and the sofa. The living area needs more seating. Everything else was wonderful in the condo. I was very disappointed at the end of the week after I called the management company to rent the condo for next year. I have stayed at others condos and they give you first choice to rent again for the next year to the person renting the condo. I was told due to the internet they had no control.
