This unit is charming and perfectly located among a fun array of restaurants and shops. Beware however, if you suffer from a sweet tooth - it's just steps away from a cookie shop, an ice creamery, a donut place, and a bakery ... you may need many laps around beautiful Cane Creek Park Lake to work it all off! We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property.. communication slightly off with property owner. Not a major issue, however check in information was emailed to me after scheduled check in time. Overall very very good experience!

We loved this loft for our trip to Cookeville. It's walking distance to most stuff and easy to to get around.
Short distance drive to TN Tech and other parks, like Cane Creek. Dogwood park is walking distance and a wondeful city park with a creek and playground.

Our recent stay in Cookesville was wonderful. Staying at this quaint, inviting loft was a delightful experience. It was almost like stepping into a romantic movie like , "Breakfast @ Tiffany's" 💞

My wife and I were in town for me to run the Blister in the Sun Marathon. The place was just what we needed for the weekend, clean, well appointed and great communication with the Host.
We really enjoyed staying in the downtown area. Dinner a Crawdaddy's is a must if you visit.

Note: semi-steep/slippery stairs up to loft and front door that swells with rain. Plan accordingly if coming and going a lot.

Perfect location with restaurants right around the corner. The loft apartment was decorated so nicely with thoughtful touches. The roof was loud with the rain, but it was still a great night. The metal steps might be risky for older folks. Would definitely stay here again.

Due to the age of the building, there were a few leaks from the ceiling but me having rented the place for myself it did not matter to me. Centrally located in walking distance of plenty of things. The place is very clean and there were parking spots feet from the stairs if you had rented a car like I did.

We love this VRBO for the cozy vibe and central location. The bed is so comfortable and a great place to relax between activities. This is our second stay and have a reservation to stay again. It’s a convenient walk to all the best restaurants and coffee shops. We are TTU parents and come to Cookeville frequently in the fall for the women’s soccer matches. It’s a gem!!!

Charming and Central Location
My daughter and I stayed here during her move to a new apartment off-campus. We loved the charm, comfortable bed, central location to DT restaurants and close proximity to campus. We have booked this unit again in October when we will be back in town for fall sporting events.

Cozy, Comfy and Clean!
This neat little spot gave this busy mom and dad of 5 a great place to land for a couple of days to connect, calendar and chill! Walk to local shops, park, library, museums, cafes and restaurants - highly recommend Back Room Bistro! If you need some groceries Spring St Market is real close! Super easy reservation process with good communication throughout.

The appearance, comfort and set up of this loft is outstanding. It's location is in the historic part of town and is convenient and within walking distance to many nice shops and restaurants. We will stay here again when visiting Cookeville.

This loft is very comfortable, clean, quiet, and the location is great. There are several great restaurants and two breweries within walking distance. The check in process went smooth and there were no issues with this property whatsoever. Great place, we hope to be back soon!

First visit to Cookeville
Our visit to Lindy’s loft was a great experience. Felt like we were really enjoying history in the beautiful, well preserved loft. The space is so comfortable, good kitchen area to prepare simple meals, very quiet area. Thank you for your hard work to make our stay easy!

Perfect Homey/Urban Combo
I was born and raised in Cookeville but have lived in Oregon for 20 years. When I decided to come home for a visit, my husband suggested I invite my sister and make it a girls' getaway. He did the research to find us a "cool place," and boy, did he hit the jackpot. The loft is not only the perfect combination of homey and chic, but it is dead center in the heart of historic downtown, the most walkable and quaint part of the city. My sister and I had a fabulous and fun getaway and will definitely stay here, again.

A quandry
After we had arranged with the property to stay there for a week, our friends invited us to stay with them; consequently we only stayed there one night. The bright spot is that VRBO refunded our money, which we greatly appreciated.

Cozy, trendy, absolutely perfect!
We loved our stay at the loft! Everything is exactly as it's pictured, only cozier! My husband and I loved curling up on the couch or the leather chair and reading for hours. The kind sized bed is SO comfortable. The loft is located in an area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. We walked everywhere we went! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in Cookeville
Great place to stay in Cookeville!! The location can’t be beat. I pretty much walked every where I wanted to visit. The apartment itself is super cozy and my dog and I felt home right away and she’s super nervous about new places. The hosts are super friendly and all questions I had were answered right away! Hopefully the next time I come to Cookeville it’s available!

So inviting and comfortable. Well stocked with all necessities!
Such a great place. Like being at home. Lindy and Jack were so friendly and accommodating. Family we were visiting loved to come and share time with us here. Would definitely recommend to others!
