We love coming to Myrtle Beach and love your company. We were very frustrated with the check in time and the cleaning company was not very good or nice. Check in time is way to late and should be more accommodating as most of your guest are from out of state.The room is beautiful as well as the view.

The vacation at Carolina Dunes was fantastic and relaxing. The extra roominess was especially great since we have 2 adult children with spouses.Only negative was that there was no cable TV due to non bill payment. This resulted in a charge of $80 for a monthly Fubo subscription.

This is one of those rare instances where the property was even better than the pictures. Grounds were well maintained daily, management was friendly and easy to deal with. The view is amazing and location was perfect for us. Close enough to everything but not to close that you got all the boardwalk hustle and bustle. I will definitely be booking this unit again next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and allowing my family to create wonderful memories.

We enjoyed our stay during our time at Carolina Dunes. However, they overcharged us for damages that were not entirely our fault. There was previous drywall damage done to the wall and my daughter pressed on it and accidentally opened it up. There was also previous mirror damage in one of the rooms and they charged us for it when we didn't do it. The drywall hole was the size of a golf ball and the mirror was not our fault. The total they charged us was $666. They took financial advantage of us after we were gone and unable to defend ourselves.

The views from this unit are amazing!!! The inside of the condo is very updated and clean! I am very picky about cleanliness and don't say that lightly. The condo has two private parking spots right next to the lobby which was great for coming and going. The location could not be better as it is close to all the attractions. We also took advantage of all the amenities next door (water park / hot tubs and lazy river). Highly recommend this place!

This property made our vacation amazing. We were family of 6 and so comfortable and clean. We have been Myrtle Beach visitors for 9 years ( mostly on the south part of MB ) and this is the best stay we had so far. Very safe and classy neiborghood. Very accessible and just minutes from the action - Broadway at the beach - golf courses - restaurants . The property was very clean updated. Terrific view from large balcony. The whole property from pool to parking area is well maintain. Yes the pictures are accurate !!!! We intend to make this property our preferred one. Thank you

We loved the location, and our only complaint was that our pool was closed, but we were able to use the property next door which was a little inconvenient and I wasn't aware of that before we arrived. The directions were a little unclear as well which made it a little hard to find in the middle of the night, but we made it and overall loved the unit.

Property was under construction. I was given NO NOTICE of this by rental agent. LOUD BANGING from EARLY morning to evening. Not enough parking. Guest got a FLAT tire from construction. Pool unheated and NOT clean. Found out from another guess that we could use pools at next two properties HALF WAY through the week. Call agent to complain. Agent acted like I was a complainer. Promised construction would be over by end of day on Wednesday. LOUD BANGING continued until end of week. PAID $1600 FOR RENTAL OF THIS PROPERTY. EXPECTED MUCH BETTER TREATMENT.

The condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. The only concern was that the hot water was limited. Having the large balcony was awesome. We spent a lot of time out there watching the sunrise and relaxing in the evening. The beach area was clean and not too crowded. The open floor plan was nice and made it easy to look right out to the beach. I would definitely stay here in the future. We had to reach out to the rental company for parking passes and they promptly rectified the problem.

This was the third time in that 18 months that we have stayed on your property and the first 2 times were great. This time was a little different because no one notified us prior to getting there that there was going to be maintenance being done that was very loud early in the morning and that it would keep me from using my assigned parking spots.
We got there after hours to find equipment blocking our parking spots. I called the number on my check in email and was told that was an emergency number. I explained to them the situation and that I didn’t want to get towed for parking in another spot. They told me to just park anywhere and I should be fine. But again reminded me I was calling an emergency number. I never heard from anyone else again about this situation. 1. We should have been notified prior to our arrival about the situation. 2. Someone should have contacted me the next day. 3. There should be an after hour number (non emergency) to handle these situations.
Also my father was in another room and they were doing maintenance in the room next to his and he had to listen to that every day waking him early. Again, no notification of that prior to them getting there.
