If you don't want to stay at the strip, this is a perfect place to go to. The house is really nice, easy to drive to, we enjoyed the pool a lot in hot las vegas and communications with the host went smooth. There are few rooms in the house, but we had the house for ourselves. It has al the comfort and kitchen equipment that you can imagine. The airco was the most silent one we had during the whole trip! We liked the two games in de livingroom :)

It is 25 minutes drive from the strip, but we knew this in advance and choose to have a quiet neighborhood to sleep.

Pleasant stay for EDC! Accessible to highways, good local food/services. Very private and quiet!

Price was very attractive & bed was comfortable.

Wouldn't have rented a facility with a shared bathroom facility, but during COVID, owner is only renting to one party at a time. However, owner resided on premises, making it more like a B&B than a VRBO private rental. While owner was pretty private, and accommodating, our awareness of owner presence affected our comfort level.

the house was great and the space was wonderful. we all enjoyed time in the pool. the beds and rooms were clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommended and stay there again. Will plan to stay there in the near future. Host extremely friendly.

not much. it is clean thats for sure. Just not my thing i thought it was for the whole house. should be listed as a hostile.

shared bath loads of rules after the fact. other guest noise at 430 in the morning, dog barking, neighbor revving his car. it should be listed as a hostile not a bnb.
