綺麗、コンビニや飲食店があって便利 清掃スタッフさんも挨拶がすばらしい

部屋が狭い　ベッドの下に荷物が置けるのは良いが出したり、移動するにはスペースが狭い

The location was in central Yokohama City.

They checked my wife into one room during cleaning hours. During that time all of the rooms are unlocked. My family and I placed our belongings in the rooms and toward the area. Afterwards, on our return, our key cards did not work and our stuff was inside. We spent a little over an hour based on the language barrier trying to figure out with the front desk why our stuff was in the room and our cards stopped working. There was an error, they assumed we never checked in. Also we didn't find out the pool was only open during the summer until after we were there. The pool was a major reason why I stayed there. I wanted to spend some time with the kids during the day at the pool for memorial Day weekend.

観光地に近く、歩いて回れた

2人で使うには少し狭い 2人分の旅行カバンを開く場所がなかった

近隣スタジアムでのイベントのため、大変混雑してましたが、空き部屋があるためとお部屋をグレードアップしてくださいました。 お部屋も広々とても綺麗で設備も整っており充実した時間を過ごせました。

テレビのリモコンの反応がイマイチ。 バスボムのスイッチが押しにくく、止めにくかったです。

駅から近く立地はとても良かった。

通路に常にシーツ類が置いてあり、また清掃用具も置いてあるので通行の妨げになっていた。また清潔感に欠ける。

チェックイン時の行列が最悪😖💦💨 時間掛かりすぎ、気分が悪かった。 列に並び預かって貰っていた荷物を返却して貰ったら、再度最後尾かは並んでくださいとの事で、いやになり、近くのレストランで時間潰して、再度並んで、かなりの時間待った。 荷物預けた時に説明すべき、二度と行きたくない! 空調も調整出来ず、シャワー後最悪😖💦💨

アパなので期待していないが部屋が狭い。大きいキャリーケースを開ける場所がない。 フロント大渋滞の時間帯があるのでWebチェックインがおすすめ。

Rooms very small. Key cards didn't work and I had to get reprogrammed twice.

Very friendly English speaking staff. Brunch buffet was excellent. On site convenience stores very useful. Very clean. Friendly helpful housekeeping. Revo Brewing on the first floor was great for dinner. Typhoon Lan messed up our onward travel plans and we had no difficulty extending our stay another night.

Standard rooms are too small unless you're a couple that doesn't mind snuggling. For a father and adult son, we needed to upgrade our room. They charge extra to use the pool. Coin laundry dryers are very slow, even with a freshly cleaned lint filter, it takes almost 2 hours to dry a load. Pro tip: there's a 24 hour laundromat about 10 minutes walk away that has bigger and faster machines.

The location was perfect. Hotel was easy to find.

The lobby and other premises are gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of food and drinks. The room is clean, comfortable, and the bathroom is very nice and well equipped. The hotel also has a spa and two convenience stores inside. The location is also excellent: It is near the Yokohama bay and other popular locations, while also being just next to a metro station from where you can reach most of the city and also of Tokyo.

The only issues I had where really minor: The single rooms are a bit small and there are not many places where you can unpack your stuff. The double-sized bed takes most of the space, and you have to go through it to open the curtains and/or see the window.
