清潔感があって、新しめでした。シンプルで無駄のない感じ。中華街や関内が近くて横浜観光には最高な立地ですし、料金も驚くほど安かったので、恋人とのんびり宿泊できました。

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです！ 多少ワガママなお願いをしてしまいましたが（毛布をお願いしたのですが、主人が眠っているので部屋の前で受け取りたいとお願いしたら直ぐに持って来ていただけたり）直ぐに対応下さったのがとても有り難かったです。

ただ…浴室の床が多少汚れが目立ってた様に思います。 黒ずんだ汚れだったので気になってしまって…

Wish the room were a bit more spacious. No coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is close to the underground (5 min) and the JR station at Kannai, as well as several bus lines, perfect for exploring Yokohama. It takes a bit to get to central Tokyo, but connections are frequent - however, if Tokyo is the main focus of your stay, it might be better to stay closer to the Tokyo city center. What I loved about the neighborhood was that it had everything you needed - restaurants, shops, public transport, and yet it wasn't as crowded as Tokyo usually is. Large separate shower room with small bathtub and separate space for toilet and sink, which is really nice.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was that there was no space for me to open my suitcase. I have a bigger sized suitcase when I travel for two weeks and I could only open it in the bathroom, as the entryway was too narrow to fully open it (and still reach the door. If there's two people in the room, this might be a bit of a problem, as there really isn't any space to store luggage, no cupboard either. Not having a cupboard or wardrobe is fine if you can open your suitcase and use that instead.

Everything. Rooms were small but cozy. First night after 3 nights in japan that I was able to sleep a full night. Shower and tub was great. Location was amazing with Kinnai Station just 2 minutes away. Chill street to walk on as well. Definitely coming back here.

Just that my stay here was too short.

The staff was very helpful. A lot of them don't know English - which is okay - just pull out your smart phone and use a translator app.

The rooms are CRAZY small. if you're traveling with luggage - good luck.

Very cool hotel, somewhat hidden away on a side street, with an austere, elegant feel. Bedroom was a huge low futon on a step-up in a tatami room. All black with a white bed. Shower/bath tub Japanese style, which was very enjoyable. Very private and quiet. A great section of Yokohama, with lots going on outside, with some fun restaurants. Wonderful spot that we hope to return to.

I didn’t like that there was pee on my toilet seat from the previous customer

A good size room with sufficient facilities. We only brought 1 mid-size suitcase to share but the room has sufficient space to accommodate at least another 2 huge suitcases. The hotel lobby is quite small but they do offer free coffee, and take your own amenities kit. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Overall the colour theme is a little dark but it's not a deal breaker. We rented a car but the parking at premise is very expensive so the car was parked a little further away.

There was one light near the bed that I didn't know how to turn off.

Fantastic room with all sorts of special conveniences. The in-room bathroom included a shower/soaking tub which was fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff did everything they could to make our stay perfect. I was really impressed.

Improvement seems impossible - it's a fantastic spot. I hope I can make a return visit.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, and the location was fantastic for getting close to anything you wanted. The staff by far were the best part of it. They were all just as helpful and as nice as they possibly could be.

Hmm, another one I really didn't have any problem with other than not staying long enough.
