Really a beautifully renovated building in the old centre of town. Very conviniently located. The receptionists were all so kind and attent.

Great hotel combining modern industrial chick with the historic building. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were always two people at the reception. The cleaning of the rooms was excellent. The direct and indirect light in the room and the bathroom was really good and made the room nice and full of atmosphere. The breakfast was very good and the dinner in La Bodega de Ola was really amazing.

The bar in La Bodega de Ola was not opened all day to sit down and to get something to drink or a small snack. The furniture in the room especially chair, desk and small tables seems to be not really high quality which makes the industrial chick appearance of the room a little bit cheap. The drain valve in the wash bowl was not properly fitting.

It was excellent. The staff was fantastic and the location was very convenient. The bodega on site has delicious, refined offerings. The room was dark, cool, quiet, and comfortable.

There wasn’t anything to not like.

A modern hotel but no parking available and parking is around half a mile away in not a nice area

The location was good but even getting unloaded at hotel is a nightmare. I was stopped by police for parking outside

It is in a very good location, right on the river and a stones throw away from the central market, the old town and the square where a large number of Pintxos bars/restaurants are located The best thing about this hotel is the staff, who where both friendly and most helpful. The whole place is clean and room servicing is efficient.

I bookede a street view room and what i got was one that looked out on an alley.. The opposite side was very close and consisted of windowed aparftments and a construction site clothed in orange tarpaulin. This was the cause of a lot of noise - workers shouting, clanging of scaffolding pipes and machinery noise. The room was not very big and like the rest of the hotel spartanly furnished. And overpriced, like the bar and restaurant.

Everything. The modern style, the comfort and cleanliness, helpful friendly staff in a perfect location. Oh and the L'occitane toiletries!

Silly but having to get on our knees to access the safe. That's it!

Fantastic location. The bedroom had the best sound proofing that I've ever experienced in any hotel - no sounds from the corridor or neighbouring rooms; and hardly any from the street with the balcony door closed. It was also beautifully decorated and lit, very relaxing. Staff were wonderful, really helpful and professional but very friendly too. Had the breakfast one day fantastic. And dinner at their Michelin starred restaurant! Amazing experience. Got to try it.

stupid things about their policy. they offered a welcome drink - but when we went to the bar it was limited to coffee or a beer! similarly breakfast - fruit was offered, but then limited to one type of fruit… really, for a 4 star hotel, this is absurd

lovely architecture and design with great friendly knowledgeable staff on reception

the heating took a long time to warm the room. up and the windows were poorly fitted as there was no noise insulation.
