10 - great location: it is situated in a quiet area, near El Salvador embassy (1min walk), close to Sherlock Holmes museum (5 min walk) and Madame Tussauds (8 min walk) 10 - bus station near and Național Express station (1 -2 min walk). Awesome location if you need to come or go to London Stansted airport 10 - a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants near by. Close to Oxford street. 10 - The apartment is clean. It is not luxury, but it is very cosy, nice, warm and well equipped. It has great beds, one can sleep like a baby :) If you book this apartment you will receive the info about the key on the arrival day. I give a 10 for everything. We really enjoyed our stay here. If we come back to London we will book this apartment for sure.

The location was fantastic. Close to so much and tucked away so you feel like you are living in the city.

The apartment needed some repairs, floorboards were loose and sinking, the charm and location help, but for the same price you can stay at the Hilton (which we did on the second leg of our trip). Overall, it’s a solid 2br/1br flat typical to any big city.

We stayed in this house 6 days. Everything was perfect! The house is cosy, there were 6 of us and we had a great time. The rooms are well insulated from each other and the lounge offers the possibility for two people to sleep comfortably. A large television is also included, in case you want to relax one evening. The kitchen is large, equipped with every kitchenware needed for cooking, including microwave and oven. The refrigerator is large. The bathroom is well organised. In case you need it, there is also a washing machine, dryer and iron. Everything you need! The wifi works perfectly and the house is also equipped with sheets, towels and blankets! We had never been to London, this area is perfect for visiting, the tube is close by, the area is quiet and if you want there is a pub 1 min walk away. Finally, Annie the owner is always available for any clarification or questions! If we were to return we would definitely come back here!

Abolutly nothing, because there was an big lie on Booking.com about appartment. Dirty, not comfortable, place was like from TV sitcom Only fools and horses. Microwave oven was dirty, spoons and forks dirty, bathroom and toilet small and desperately smeared, just... Shame on Booking.com for offering such a suite.

Great location, two bedroom apartment, very comfortable beds, all clean, very convenient location with several subway stations and buses, easy access to the property, easy contact with the host

Both bedrooms had a queen bed. So our kids had to share the bed. This was not an issue and it was explained as this in the description. But two individual beds would be better for us. There is a couch in the living room we didn't use

Cosy, great location for tourists. Clean and comfortable. Suitable for a family. Local stores fulfil needs. Location and proximity to transport ideal. Quiet neighbourhood.

Great location, suited us that there were two bedrooms and a separate lounge.

Flooring in front bedroom is in need of replacement, it is laminate but as it has been laid over carpet it is lifting badly, it is quite easy to stub your toes on. Described as having a hot tub, but what is actually meant is a bath tub!

location of the property was very convenient and central - and it had all the facilities we needed.

Didn't like the steep and narrow stairs. No space to leave the pram downstrz so had to carry it up and down the stairs everytime I had to go in and out of the flat. Otherwise apart from that the apartment was great

Requesting a £300 deposit into their account and not returning it. Their door has a dead lock and the handle was flimsy and broke. They charged £300 for a £50 Door handle that was a dead lock. The guy staying next to us was weird.
