La habitación era amplia. El personal amable.

Limpieza muy muy deficiente en ma habitación, no se barrió en toda mi estancia. El desayuno muy mal organizado a nivel servicio y muy pobre, faltan más opciones en caliente y en frio. Muchas veces la cafetera se queda sin café y tienes que dar una vuelta para ir a otro café corner a buscar café. Y otras cosas.

Location was great. Breakfast was acceptable but it could be better.

I would expect more breakfast options for those with special diets (no soya milk, no low fat milk, etc...)

La ubicación, al lado de una estación del tube, las instalaciones están muy bien y el personal muy amable.

El sofá cama tiene todo por mejorar, la verdad es incómodo para la calidad del hotel.

Firstly the smell of the hotel is Devine! Nice reception foyer and the staff were great. We stayed here as it was only a 10 minute walk to the start of the London Landmarks Half Marathon. After we’d run the staff allowed us to shower and change in the spa area as we had to travel straight home. Breakfast was very good! Will definitely stay there again.

L’expérience globale La qualité du service L’insonorisation inexistante La fiabilité des infrastructures technologiques (clé digitale, carte chambre). Nous avons eu la mauvaise experience de ne pas pouvoir accéder à notre chambre le 2e jour. En effet, ni la clé digitale, ni la clé physique (carte magnétique) ne fonctionnait pour ouvrir la chambre. Nous rentrions seulement 30 minutes pour charger nos téléphones et se reposer…. Mais nous n’avons pas pu. C’est l’utilité même d’un hotel pourtant, pouvoir accéder à sa chambre que l’on a payé 200€/nuit. Mais la non, impossible. Nous avons du descendre a la réception, qui eux n’ont rien pu faire alors qu’il y a pourtant des serrures dans chaque porte. Nous avons attendu 20 minutes qu’une technicien vienne ouvrir la porte… après ça rien aucun dédommagement, aucun geste… Cet hotel se veut premium et connecté mais n’est meme pas capable d’assurer la fiabilité des ses infrastructures et derrière ne dédommage pas sa clientèle pour la mauvaise expérience dont seul l’hôtel est responsable. Bin das 3 mal dort . Hat sehr sehr nach gelassen . Es wurden Upgrade angeboten die ich genommen habe . Bekommen habe ich ein kleines Zimmer im 11 Stock . Wo man ein jeden Regen Tropfen gehört hat und die ganze Nacht den Lärm von Bahnhof . Und das um über 1000 Pfund ! Personal an der der Bar sehr unfreundlich und Barkeeper spielte lieber mit dem Handy als uns zu bedienen ! Und dann haben wir um 21:45 kein weiteres Getränk bekommen. Wobei bei diesen Preisen ist es besser !

Clean comfortable room

Faulty digital key app and checked in on line for two day stay only to be locked out of room next day and staff turn up bearing card payment machine requiring payment. A phone call to me could have avoided that. A 3 minute promised response to key problem on WhatsApp turned into 30 minutes, long after problem had been resolved by other means. I think this type of big hotel chain not sure if stuck in the past or competing with trendy newcomers and better-value budget hotels.

Defekte Elektrik - Defekte Sauna - fehlende Spa Ausstattung (Bademantel / Badeschlappen) wurden erst widerwillig gebracht. Nach 6 Stunden in denen ein Techniker im Zimmer war gab es keine Information das der Strom weiterhin nicht funktioniert erst auf Nachfrage ( nachdem wir im Zimmer waren und nichts funktionierte) an der Rezeption gab es den Hinweis das wir umziehen müssen. Bisher absolut kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels, im Gegenteil wurde uns vorgeworfen das wir etwas mit dem Stromausfall zu tun hätten.

Bathroom has no doors. It seems after spending all this money for very nice facilities, the hotel ran out of money to provide such a basic standard bathroom door to ensure your privacy. Also the bed is not comfortable.

Clean, lovely staff, restaurant food was decent. Breakfast has good variety. Good location easy to move around.

The location was central with Lambeth North tube station directly opposite so it’s a great spot

Our first night was great but on our second night my husband spotted a mouse running in the corridor he reported it to reception at 6:20pm and by 7:30 pm I went to reception to see if the matter had been Dealt with but the lady in reception had no knowledge of the report she thought me we were bonkers Infact so myself and my husband went to show her the exact spot only for us to see the mouse still running around . Unfortunately this has put me off going back there to stay as I feel the matter wasn’t dealt with as efficiently and promptly as I would of liked

The property was very nice and great amenities The staff was incredibly polite And helpfull We came for My sons birthday and had a great stay, we was upgraded to another room which was also great I would Consider using the hotel next time, the only Probe We had is the night after the stay my Son and I woke up with some Strange rashes a and one of the was on my Sons face
