Very clean and welcoming gifts of cake and chocolates for my child. Teas, coffees & milk ready on arrival. After reading reviews about windows I was a little put off but they wasn’t that bad at all and wasn’t a problem for us. Property with Car parking spaces a a rare find in the town so was very handy for this property to have one. We had no problems and had a lovely stay and booked again for next year.

The apartment is in a great location, close to all that Swanage has to offer. It is tastefully appointed with everything you need for a lovely stay.

The property is located close to the beach, the shops, pubs, and restaurants. There was a designated parking spot outside the property for when we wanted to go out and explore further afield which we did. On entering the apartment we were delighted with the accommodation, the cleanliness, furnishings, the comfort and overall welcome we felt (with a welcome gift from our hosts, a lovely cake and milk in the fridge). Our hosts seem to have thought of and provided everything to ensure a comfortable stay.
We are struggling to think of anything we didn’t like. The only problem we had was of our own making. By not realising how well our hosts had thought out the apartment and what was required for a lovely break, we took way too much stuff that we didn’t need because it was all already there.

Well located, nicely furnished and well equipped kitchen. It was a nice touch to find it decorated for Christmas and even included party poppers to celebrate New Year!
Minor detail only - The dishwasher is a compact model and is both noisy (can wake you up at night) and too small for most of the plates. Hand washing much easier, quicker and quieter. That really is it though...

Swanage is a very nice seaside resort in the beautiful county of Dorset. The flat was extremely well equipped and comfortable and the owner very supportive.
Bedroom window wouldn’t open. It was very hot weather and the window was stuck but this was only a very small inconvenience.

The flat was well equipt and comfortable. The milk, cakes and apples on arrival were a very nice added touch. The flat was really well located, with shops, pubs, fish & chip shops and the beach only moments away.
We visited during a period of very warm weather and struggled to get the flat cool. Maybe the only suggestion would be a fan (apologies if it had one and we didnt find it!}

Everything! The flat was very clean, new and comfortable and was just a few minutes walk from the beach and from several restaurants and cafes. When we arrived, there was proper coffee, fresh milk, cake and biscuits waiting for us. What's more, the owners Jane and Tony had put out some toys and books belonging to their grandson with a personal note saying that they hoped our toddler would enjoy them, which was so kind of them. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
The parking space was quite tight and on a slope, making it a bit tricky for larger cars or anxious drivers. Worth knowing about but not something that would put us off.

The flat was excellent and extremely well equipped and so central for the town and sea front .A really welcoming touch by the owners were some provisions including bread, cake and biscuits along with tea bags, milk and a vase of flowers.

The moment we walked through the door it was lovely and welcoming. The flat was warm and comfortable. There was goodies waiting for us which was a lovely surprise. The bed was very comfortable ànd all amenities available. Had to put the heating on as tempretures dropped and the flat warmed up in no time. Very pleased and would definately recommend. In fact will hopefully be booking again next year.
The only issue we had was the parking space, a fiesta or something smaller would have no trouble but our car was a bit of a squeeze and it's not classed as a big car, this however is a minor issue and does not reflect badly on the property, because it was a lovely flat.
