Great breakfast, especially the muesli and poached eggs, comfortable bed, friendly hosts
Short distance to town and sea.

Ensuite was tiny but then compact was in the description.

The hosts were very lovely and the dog Merlin was very cute and I love him
Lowkey there’s a little bit of uphill walk to get there and I had my bag and was very tired so I was like oof but that’s the only thing.

The host John contacted us the day before we visited and provided clear information we needed. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean, with a heater in the bathroom so we could dry our clothes. The breakfast was amazing, so many options and was very delicious cooked by John in the morning. He was very friendly and kindly provided us more information about travelling around in the area.
We got there quite late so there's no parking space left in the street. We had to park in a public car park down by the seaside, around 7mins walk from the house, which is not too bad if the weather is ok.

The owner was very friendly. The room was a nice size as was the bathroom. Unusually, breakfast was served in the bedroom which we found much nicer then sharing a dining room. Breakfast was very nice.

A beautiful BnB with comfortable room, friendly hosts and a great breakfast! Location is very close to the coast for beautiful walks
It was difficult to park nearby when we arrived (but it was a Saturday in July so probably to be expected!)

Lovely family run B&B. The owners were very welcoming. Brilliant location & we had a lovely cooked breakfast ( perfect poached eggs). Would stay again.

The bathroom was just a little on the small side, and the water was too hot for my partner and little water pressure.

The room was first class, Very large & spacious. Our hosts were very welcoming. Breakfast was served in our room daily by filling in the menu. The b&b is very close to all amenities in Swanage town & the beach. Would highly recommend staying.
If you have mobility problems like me this is probably not the best location as it is situated on a very steep hill. However I was made aware of this before arrival by the hosts.

What a delightful place to stay. Jon could not have been more helpful and friendly. He even offered to do my ironing. The room was beautiful and very clean.
There was nothing that I didn't like. I suppose I could say that I didn't like the fact that I was only there for two nights.

We told the owners that we wanted a continental breakfast & they made us an exceptional breakfast.
The location was great......a short walk to everywhere in Swanage town.

Everything, the place is beautiful and it’s decorated with great taste, excellent location, delicious breakfast. John is very friendly, polite, helpful, and suggested us places to visit.
