La Morena est une maison de 185 m2 surplombant la plage, elle propose 3 chambre, autant de terrasses et un jardin bien abrité du soleil et du vent. Selon votre humeur vous y trouverez l'endroit parfait pour bronzer en face de la mer, lire tranquillement, boire un verre de El Grifo, déjeuner en famille à l'ombre, regarder un film sur l'écran de 55 pouces ou profiter des commerces ou activités sportives accessibles à pied.
La Morena est une maison exceptionnellement située sur la grande plage de Costa Teguise. Les terrasses du salon et de la suite parentale offrent une vue imprenable sur la baie, les 2 chambres de l'arrière sur le jardin et ses palmiers comptant parmi les plus anciens de l'île.
Que ce soient les restaurants, activités ou magasins vous pouvez tout faire à pied à partir de la maison. Vous pouvez aussi louer une voiture pour visiter les volcans de Timanfaya, le jardin de Cactus ou le nord sauvage. N'oubliez pas l'immense plage de Famara ni la maison de Cesar Manrique, l'artiste qui a donné ce caractère si particulier à l'ïle.

This is our second time at La Morena, we absolutely love it, the location is great, and the views are breathtaking, the villa is a home from home, there is everything you need.
We will definitely be back next year!!!

It was a great stay! The house is beautiful and well equipped. Everything is well thought through and we highly enjoyed our stay. The construction site next door is barely noticeable, so we felt like living in a small oasis. Highly recommend this place for everyone!

This is a lovely property in a perfect location. We could pop down for a swim on the sea and come home for a coffee. The beach and sea are perfect for families, lovely soft sand and beautiful clear water. We had a selection of good supermarkets close by and an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is very comfortable, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely book again

We spent a week at Villa Morena and loved every minute. It was a fabulous place to spend time with friends and we had everything we needed…from a bbq with gas bottle to beach towels.

This apartment is amazing, beautifully clean, fantastic view and literally seconds from the beach. Ana , the property manager, was easy to contact and quick to reply when we needed to talk to her.
If it were my house, I wish!, I would put soft closes on the internal doors because no matter how careful we were there were a few door bangs and I would invest in a zip and link bed for the third room to give more flexibility in how the room was configured.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and am looking forward to staying again

Amazing house in an outstanding postion
This is the Second time we have stayed at La Morena and it really is the most amazing house in the best location in Costa Teguise.
The house is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you would expect from such a house.
Ana was outstanding at making us feel welcome and greeting us.. the communication with Nathalie was first class too, nothing was too much for her, and always replied quickly..
Overall the whole experience made it the best holiday we have had in Lanzarote.
You won’t be disappointed, the views are superb..

Our stay was amazing due to the villa being everything I wanted, accessible to amenities, spotless, great for my mother who is 83 and has Dementia. Ana and her family were very supportive. I would definitely recommend this villa. Great stay.☺

Beautiful villa
Beautiful villa, fantastic location.
3 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of storage.
Very well equipped kitchen - washing machine temperamental!
It could do with a change of towels halfway through the stay, at least one visit from a maid, 6 sun loungers rather than 5 and access to an iron and ironing board

wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im La Morena verbracht.
Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse und den oberen Räumen ist einfach toll und die Einrichtung des Hauses super.
Uns hat auch die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen – die Strände,, das ‚Pueblo Marinero‘ mit den Restaurants, dem Wochenmarkt und den Abendmärkten und die schöne Promenade, die
fast bis nach Arrecife reicht.
Ganz liebe Grüße an Ana und ihren Mann, an die wir uns mit unseren Fragen und Wünschen wenden konnten.

Grosszügiges Haus an bester Lage
Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Strand von Costa Teguise. Die belebte Promenade unmittelbar vor dem Haus stört überhaupt nicht.
Das Haus ist grosszügig ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Betreuung durch Ana ist perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!

Fantastic villa and location, we would love to return
The villa is spacious, has everything you want and is tastefully decorated. It must be in one of the best locations, only a few steps to the beach and restaurants. We loved watching the sun rising from the villa.

Fantastic house with beautiful views all day long! The house was very clean and the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. The terrace was lovely and the whole house was amazing. The owner was always very helpful and we were well looked after during our visit. Just wished we could of stayed longer!

Una Villa fantástica, al pié de Playa Cucharas
Han sido unos días estupendos de relax, visitas, etc... Y las comodidades de la villa impresionantes! Levantarte temprano y sentarte en la terraza delantera a ver salir el sol con el sonido del mar en calma mientras desayunas....no tiene precio.

Vacances très réussies, dans une maison très agréable et qui a du cachet. Accueil très chaleureux d'Ana !
Vue superbe sur l'océan.
Et l'Ile de Lanzarote vaut vraiment le détour !
La maison est toute équipée, et le prix comprend tout (y compris le charbon d elbois, le ménage, etc), ce qui est bien agréable.
