The apartment was very clean and presented very well. The kitchen facilities were good and plenty of space and utensils to use, although a bread knife would have been preferable. The apartment was very spacious and big enough for the two of us for a mini break. The wardrobes were spacious but the sliding doors could with some oil as were very heavy and stiff to move.

We travelled as two friends so we used the double bed and the sofa bed, one suggestion would be for a curtain to be put up so both parties could have a little privacy as the doors are glass sliding doors, also there were no bed sheets to use for the sofa bed. The shower curtain was not attached to the wall and therefore fell down a number of times when I was showering, if this was fixed that would resolve that issue. In the bedroom there was a table which the fan was placed on, this had a plant hanging off the frame, when the fan was lifted up the plant fell on my friends feet. This does not seem the safest of tables for the accommodation. The WiFi information needs to be slightly clear, although when I contacted Diego he was very quick to respond to assist.

Communication with the host was very good.

Facilities in the apartment are very basic (furniture, bed, sofa etc.). If you're sensitive to that you can feel that someone was smoking in the apartment previously. Apartment complex is in the first line from the sea, but the apartment itself is not.

Private, gated parking, nice complex and swimming pool area. We would definitely go back to the Playa Roca apartment. The apartment is clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has a washing machine which was required for a month long stay. Iron, ironing board, toaster, kettle. Cooking facilities good, no oven. The bus stops are outside the apartment if you want to travel further afield. Shops within a short distance.
