Oui, la photo de la cour et de l'océan a été prise depuis la véranda du 4ème étage de notre immeuble une retraite hawaïenne. La vue sur les fontaines, les jardins et l'océan est spectaculaire depuis notre maison de vacances relaxante.
Une fois que vous visiterez ce magnifique complexe, vous comprendrez pourquoi nous mettons l'accent sur la construction d'un seul endroit. Près de tout dans le complexe, mais assez loin pour ne pas entendre le trafic de la plage.
De petits extras font de meilleurs souvenirs. Notre parking assigné est en face de notre immeuble, beaucoup ne le sont pas. Le bâtiment 1 est idéalement situé à proximité du bâtiment administratif, des courts de tennis et du barbecue. Oh oui, nous sommes à quelques secondes de la piscine mais pas si près que vous entendrez le bruit.
Notre maison hawaïenne est meublée. * Nous avons une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, un lit queen et une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée, un lit king et une salle de bain dans la mezzanine et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.
Jetez un œil aux photos car elles fournissent des réponses à de nombreuses questions. Surtout des questions liées à notre maison, Kama'ole Sands et la belle île de Maui.

Our stay started off on a rough note. To the surprise of the owner, manager and us the unit was getting a new roof installed the day we checked in. Manager was great and offered to help us any way possible including moving to a different building. We may it work with the noise and just stayed away from the unit most of the days. We came back in the late afternoon and construction crews were gone. As far as the actual unit itself, it was perfect for us. Updated bathrooms, huge patio, air conditioning, and plenty of room for the family. We will definitely reach out again when we return to Maui.

Kamaole Sands is a favorite for all! This condo was clean and fully stocked with what we needed. Larry was an amazing property manager with great communication for any of our needs. Highly recommend! We will be back again!!!

We had some difficulty with the room code but it was resolved. Only suggestion would be to make it clear who else has the code on late arrival. We are new to vrbo so partly our fault. Overall this is an amazing place with all things needed. Beautiful view. Great place. Comfy beds. Lots to do.

The place was perfect for our 1-kid family with the grandparents along. Super location - kid-friendly beach right across the road with good snorkeling as well. Easy walking distance to many shops/eats. The condo complex had a nice pool with 2 hot tubs (one for adults only which was relaxing). A little thing, but a great bonus, was the folding wagon for taking the supplied beach toys across the street :)

We enjoyed our stay at the Kamaole Sands, this is our 3rd time to Maui, we’ve only stayed at the Kamaole Sands. We’re happy staying here, the Kamaole 3 beach across the street is great. This is the first time seeing insects, not a serious problem but our first time ever. Our host Larry, awesome to deal with and always quick to answer questions and concerns! Thank you Larry! The grounds here are just beautiful and never disappoint!

We spent 8 days at Kamaole Sands in July 2023 and everything about our stay in the unit was great. Check in was seamless and the unit was exactly as described. The trade winds really do pick up in the afternoon so we only used the AC for right before bed to cool down the condo. Larry was easy to communicate with, and was always prompt with answering questions. The location is so central to everything, and having Kam 2 and 3 just across the road was so nice for peaceful morning walks, and sunset swims. Will definitely rebook if we come to Maui again.

This place is great. Would definitely stay again. Beach within walking distance. Lots of beaches a short drive away. Lots of shops and dining nearby. Some walkable. One great part was all the beach equipment. Several beach chairs. Couple sets of snorkel gear. Some beach umbrellas. And a rolling cooler. Easy to throw those in the car and leave for the week.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Maui. The condo had access to pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and beautiful landscaping. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach with great snorkeling and sunsets. Condo was clean and had a great patio for morning coffee.

The view from this spacious unit is perhaps the best in the complex. Beautifully landscaped. Only about a four minute walk to the beach where many people gather for the sunset. Spacious pool with shaded areas. Fast elevator. Very convenient assigned parking. Lots of beach toys in good shape including snorkeling gear. The bedrooms and two baths are great for two couples. The kitchen was nicely equipped for meal prep. Whenever we return to Maui this will be tops on our search list.

A great place to stay! It’s right across from the beach, the complex is very well maintained and manicured. The unit was well outfitted with everything that we needed, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. We added a couple of boogie boards to the unit’s inventory.

This is our second time staying in this particular suite at Kamaole Sands.
It’s perfect for families and slept our family of four (kids aged 5 and 2) nicely. The unit has a/c but was not needed during our stay in Nov/Dec as in the evening with the windows open the breeze is perfect.
Great location, great suite, and great communication with the host.

Very nice! One thing was it was very hot when we opened the doors and after traveling from Florida we were disappointed. Once we figured out the air-conditioning we were relieved. All was great.
