Wonderful introduction to Bordeaux! Lively squares, restaurants, shopping and night life just steps away from this apartment on a quiet side street. Alain was a gracious host, there to greet us, share information about the city and show us all the amenities of this very comfortable apartment. Alain went above and beyond on the day we left! We needed to take a bus and then the tram to get to the airport. He could see we were a little confused and so he took us (and our luggage) first to the bus stop, on the bus (!) and then to the tram stop - so kind! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bordeaux. Merci bien, Alain!

We very much enjoyed our visit to Bordeaux. The apartment was located in a central location, close to sites and shops. It was easy to find and the public parking garage convenient to the property. The apartment was comfortable. We'll definitely book it on our next trip to Bordeaux.

My husband and I recently spent 2 nights in this apartment. It is on a ground floor (was so glad did not have to lug my big bag up the stairs) but very quiet. It is in a building from I think 18th century. The apartment itself is very modern and clean. It is big enough for a couple. It is very well located from all the main attractions and close to tram lines. We walked everywhere other than Cite de Vin. Also close to shopping areas and many restaurants. Alain was a very good host. He replied to my emails very promptly and was there to welcome us when we arrived. Overall we had a very good time and would stay there again if we returned to Bordeaux.

Only positive, we will go back when we visit Bordeaux again.

Our host met us at the apartment and showed us around. He explained how everything worked and even recommended a couple restaurants near by. The apartment had all the amenities and was nice and quiet. We were able to walk to most of our destinations. We had the best boulangerie right by the apartment and two of our favorite restaurants were also within blocks. Would highly recommend this place and the price was very reasonable!

Had a wonderful stay in Bordeaux, the apartment is located in a busy area, meaning you have shops, restaurants, bars on your doorstep, however, it is also so lovely and quiet :) Apartment is very clean and modern and has all amenities needed. Alain has been a superb host, so helpful and informative without being instrusive. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again :)))

Alain was lovely. He met us at the apartment and gave us a map and lots of suggestions of what to see and do in Bordeaux. Apartment was very comfortable. He even organized a taxi for us when it was time to leave.

Ideal as a base. Clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. There is only one shuttered window in the living/kitchen which we did not feel comfortable leaving open at night and it did feel quite warm during the night. It is quite a dark flat due to this so would not want to sit in for any length of time. We were out all day then all evening so for us it was fine Alain was very pleasant and helpful. Our other disappointment was we had to pay a 300 Euro security deposit which was not mentioned anywhere before we went

Alain was a great host from the point he met us with instructions & suggestions for our stay. although most of what we desired to see and explore was within fairly easy walking distance, I will highly recommend the city pass especially for 48 to 72 hours. Cost is more than covered by admission to museums, transportation on the tram or buses, and the available walking or riding tour that is included. The cost of visiting the City du Vin is the price of one third of the cost of the entire 3 day pass, and the open top bus tourbrought it above 50%. Add in Museum admissions and the transportation on the Tram and we definitely got our money's worth. Great dining options within steps to a maximum of 10 minutes walk, probably 100 + choices All amenities in the apartment were comfortable and met our needs. we especially appreciated it being on the 1st floor after a previous stay on the fourth floor at a prior stop

A great, quiet spot that is close to everything! Alain was beyond accommodating--he actually rescued us on our way to the apartment when we got hopelessly turned around. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We'd definitely like to return!

This is a perfect location. The apartment was well equipped. The bed is comfortable. Close to great restaurants and transportation. Alain was a great host and gave us tips for getting around Bordeaux. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great first impression which remained throughout our stay. The owner was there to meet us and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment with information about everything we needed to know. Maps and information were provided which were very helpful. Comfortable bed and settee. The apartment had everything we required. The apartment is so central, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. The atmosphere in the area had a great “buzz” to it. Put us in a holiday mood. Small supermarkets and post office within 5 minutes walking area. Fresh croissants and bread from baker round the corner. Apartment is up a very quiet street, no traffic, no noisy neighbours. Even before we arrived the owner was great emailing us information especially directions to apartment. He was great. Warning if you’re arriving by train or using the tram. Machines do not take uk credit cards. Don’t know about debit cards. You will need euro coins. €1.60 a ticket. A ticket for 10 journeys for 1 person can be obtained for €12.90. Machines at all stops but not at the one nearest the apartment Bourse. Wonderful stay, we love Bordeaux. St Emilion worth a half day visit cheap tickets by train about 15 euros per person. Very cobbly and hilly, not for people with walking difficulties. We will be back for further exploration to stay in this apartment. Thanks for a great stay. Pat & Alan

Mr Prioll was there to meet us and explain the appartment which was immaculately clean, practical and stylish. It was well equipped and we really appreciated the extra comforts of tea and coffee, loo rolls and soap. Would definitely visit again and recommend.

Wonderful little flat. Beautifully presented, and equipped with absolutely everything a traveller needs. Hard to imagine a better location for a perfect Bordeaux experience. Alain was there to meet us and was really fantastic. Big thank you..

My girlfriend and I haf a great stay here. It was inside a courtyard on the first level, so no stairs to climb with suitcases. Alain was there to meet us, even though we were later than expected. It was easy to stay in touch with him, by text, throughout our stay. He addressed all our questions/concerns and arranged our taxi back to the train station. He even sent me a link of things to see and do after I booked this apartment. The sofa bed was very comfortable and easy to open and close. The location was superb. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. You will enjoy your stay here, it is all good!

We loved our stay in Bordeaux. It is in the heart of the city and everything Bordeaux has to offer is minutes away. We did find the apartment a little small but got used to it. One recommendation we have is to add some hooks in the bedroom and maybe by the door to hang your coat etc. Loved the boulangerie called La Fabrique Pain et Bricoles and went there almost every day. Don't miss going there! Also found a great wine shop called Cousin et Compagnie. There are so many wine shops in Bordeaux so it is hard to decide which one to go to. They were very helpful and not overpriced.

A beautifully presented, clean and well equipped apartment located in the centre of Bordeaux city. It is an ideal base for exploring the city. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this apartment.
