Location was great.

We ended up with a bathroom separate from the bedroom. We were given a 10% discount for the ‘budget room’. I wouldn’t recommend this option as it feels like you’re staying in a hostel.

our host was great, very attentive and helpful! the flat was beautiful and room was very spacious and private, despite sharing the lounge and kitchen of flat with other travellers. the location couldn’t of been better and it was really easy to check in and check out

Host was really friendly, welcoming and helpful! Introduced us places to see and eat which were really helpful. The place was really clean, and I loved our room. There's a common area that we can lounge around in and we can help ourselves to the tea + fruits there too. Super convenient location that's near the train station.

We struggled a bit to adjust the heating in the room - seemed like it was a default or automatic setting. But that said, believe we just needed to ask the host for help to adjust this.

I didn’t meet the host in person, with the two codes, i get in easily by myself It’s a very bright and modern flat with kitchen. Clean, tidy and homely. Even though I did not really use it as I eat at nearby restaurants The bed is super comfortable, I slept so well! The host is a cheerful and friendly lady, responded timely for whatever I need. She knows I travel alone thus gave me a lot of tips for sightseeing and recommend some good restaurants I real enjoyed. So glad for this short, happy stay ! Thanks to Yu for everything!

Nice stay in this super center location! Flat is new and clean, room is Stylish and comfortable. Very happy to have a kitchen, really handy! It’s about 2 starts hotel price in the center area, but much better and comfortable! The host is a sweet and positive person, we like her, will back again soon!

Stop searching and book this accommodation if available. Perfect location, super comfy beds, extremely clean with some great touches around the room. Shower was great and bathroom was extremely clean as well!

The place is renovated, very clean and in great location. Unfortunately that’s all the good things I can say.

The owner which we just contacted via messages, we never saw her/him was at the moments inappropriate. It seems like the owner has no experience how to take care of guests in a polite way. There was a problem with wifi, it didn’t work, we told the owner about it but it wasn’t fixed so we ended up using our roaming internet for 3 days. We didn’t have a remote control for tv in our room, we asked about it and the owner said that the cleaning lady will bring it tomorrow which was ok, what was not ok was a message which I get that that instead of watching tv we should “…have a more romantic night without TV lol”. For me it was really unprofessional. At our second day (we got 4 days there) I got the message in the morning that today is our check out day. Which was confusing as we booked 3 nights. After 2,5 hour the owner wrote us that it was a mistake and as we booked we have 3 nights but that kind of stressed us that there was some mix up with reservation and that we would have to find another place to stay. It’s not possible to close the door from inside so once other guests came into our room by mistake when I was in my underwear. Other small thing like there’s no iron available for all guests, you also have to ask about it and you’ll get it after couple of hours. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place, I think at this price range you can find something with owner who cares and it’s willing to make your stay a nice experience, not like in this case.

We didn’t meet the host, she wrote all the information needed via email and 2 passwords of doors for us to get in smoothly. Yu replied our sms rapidly, she was very friendly and helpful indeed! And we tried the restaurant she suggested, the food was really tasty 😋 There is a small, old lift in this historic building, which is a big plus! You need to use key to operate it, it was real fun to use this kind of “antique toy” . LoL The room is bright, net and clean, the mattress is very comfortable, that was really important for my sleep, happy for this choice! !

Everything was great

It is gorgeous. The apartment keeps the historical atmosphere, but all the facilities, furniture, decoration, bathroom are new... It is beautiful. It is in the center, near the train station, near the central market, a lot of restaurants around... everything was perfect! I really enjoyed to stay here. For sure, I will be back next time in Firenze!

Short walking distance to most of the tourist spots. Central market beside this building has so many local good food , so happy with it! The room is very clean and comfortable! Thank u to the friendly staff also !! ;)

We enjoyed this flat so much, it’s homely and cosy! The location is fantastic, easy for whatever we need during our trip…Every room is bright with big window, it’s newly renovated and sparkling clean. We love it! Grazie mille!

The location is fantastic! The place is huge and we all had plenty of space to spread out. The apartment js also exceptionally clean!

The lift was a little tricky to use on arrival with bags, as there is key needed to operate it and the key was waiting upstairs in the flat. However, we put the bags in and then walked up to the 3rd floor and called the lift to us once up there so it ended up being okay! Just took some thinking. :)
