We took a trip to Utah to see our adult children for Christmas. We stayed in this home so that we could all spend some extended time together. It is located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The home was big yet cozy, beautifully furnished and met all of our needs. Cooking in the large kitchen was wonderful and the open floor plan in that area provided a place where we could cook, talk and laugh together. There was enough room in the home to have a quiet moment while others were watching TV or playing games. The beds and linens were beautiful as well comfortable. The views both daytime and in the evening are absolutely stunning. The pool table and theater room were icing on the cake.

The house is very nice, clean, the beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the pool table and home theatre a lot. House is located 40 min away from Snowbird resort. We would definitely come back if we will go back to Utah.

Worked very well for our large extended family as we gathered for a wedding.
The hills in the subdivision might be a challenge in icy / snowy weather, so come prepared and drive carefully.
The views are absolutely stunning!
Everything you need is close by in draper.
Highly recommend Penny Ann's Cafe for breakfast, but be prepared to put in your name early or wait; while worth it, it's always very busy.

The home was beautiful and spacious! It was very clean. The instruction to get into the home was a little confusing, but the back door was unlocked and the alarm was off. It would be nice if there was a full bathroom on the main floor. They also need handrails going into the basement. I am elderly and did not dare go downstairs. We called about the ice and water in the fridge did not work and we did not hear back about coming to fix it. There was also a toilet handle that was not working right, which did not get fixed. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The home is big, but very distributed, like downstairs has only one bathroom and it’s inside a bedroom and there’s 3 bedrooms downstairs so the other 2 bedrooms need to go upstairs to the bathroom and knock on the bedroom to use it. There was many light bulbs out around the home. Over all it’s in a great location and the home is beautiful.

We traveled from three states for a weekend wedding. The home was perfect for spreading out with it's three different living room areas. Though well used, the furnishings were clean and the linens in great shape. The only cleanliness issue was it appeared not to have been dusted for a while. There were a couple of differences in the instructions and what we actually found. The instructions said to turn off the alarm pad when entering the home, we tried over and over and could not do that. We finally ignored it and nothing happened. The instructions also said to use your email address for the Wifi, but a different password was listed on the wall which worked. The other thing was a chirping smoke alarm. We did our best with the parking, trying to fit the cars into the garage and driveway without spilling out into the street, perhaps directions to a public parking place would help? Despite the minor inconveniences, we loved the home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious home with unbelievable views!

We had 21 of us staying at this location. It was our mothers 76 birthday. It was the perfect house for us. The kids loved the theater room, everyone loved the pool table and we loved the view of the SLC valley.

Great place for a big group

The house has amazing views and lots of room for big groups to spread out. Comfortable beds, clean space, and good communication. The hot tub is in the garage, which is a bit strange, and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are en-suite, making the bathroom situation for a big group a bit challenging. We also ran out of hot water if too many people took showers consecutively. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would come back.

Our group had such an amazing weekend staying here. The house was clean and welcoming, the space open and inviting, and the views were amazing! It was close to an amazing hike, and large enough to feel comfortable with our large group. We would 100% stay here again!

This property worked very well for our family. The beds were comfortable and clean.
The grill ran out of propane after five minutes so we were scrambling for other cooking options. The trash compactor was already half full when we arrived and the freezer did not freeze, not even Otter Pops.
Beautiful location and pretty close to Oktoberfest at Snowbird.

Pros: Lots of space for everyone (grandkids could play in basement and adults could have a conversation upstairs), great pool table, movie room fun for grandkids, very clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning worked well on first two floors, kitchen well equipped, lots of seating, great outdoor views, and hot tub worked well (although it was a little weird to have it in the garage) AND the dryer didn't make an annoying noise!
Cons: In the bunkrooms in the basement there are no vents, so when the kids slept in there it got very warm, even with a fan going. The freezer didn't work (ice cream melted) and we noticed from other reviews that that is a common complaint. The wi-fi was so slow, that we couldn't stream movies and it took over 20 minutes to download an app. The chairs in the movie room are very worn out, and there are signs of wear & tear throughout the house.

Overall our experience was a good one. Here are the pros and cons of this property. Pro: location is fantastic, views are amazing, house is very large and spacious, theater room and pool table were a big hit, beds were comfortable, house was clean. Cons: the house is VERY dated and kind of beat up, some of the furniture is falling apart, as others have mentioned the dryer makes a god awful loud screeching noise that actually acted as a whole house alarm the morning we were leaving (lol) it had not stopped after probably 30 minutes of running the dryer. Overall it is a nice property in desperate need of updates.

Very nice home and neighborhood with easy access to Snowbird and Alta. Only minor issues would be that we didn’t have enough garbage bags and the dryer needs to be fixed due to a whining noise that it was making during our stay but other than that the property was great. The freezer did not function properly. On arrival it was set at the highest cold setting (9); but it would not keep ice cream frozen; a maintenance tech confirmed the problem and said that he would speak to the owner about potential replacement of the unit. There was no additional action over the course of our stay, and the freezer performance never improved.
The WiFi service was spotty at best, and it stopped working completely when we arose on Friday (3/4) morning. The maintenance operator suggested that we try rebooting the router, which I noted that we had tried several times, without success, prior to reaching out. She said that she would have someone out to the house to try to solve the problem. This did not occur, and we were without WiFi through our departure on Saturday. I understand that occasional WiFi issues are unavoidable, but this service was terrible when working, and non-existent for the most critical period, while folks were trying to confirm flight departure plans.
The washing machine was missing the door handle, and had to be opened by poking a finger into a hole in the broken plastic where the handle once was mounted.
It appears that the bearings on the dryer are shot, as the machine made a continuous whining noise throughout operation.
The cleaning ability of the dishwasher is suspect, as despite prewashing most items that were placed in it, some needed to be hand washed subsequent to going through a full cleaning cycle.
The inventory of kitchenware, is not accurate and generally overstated. This did not adversely affect us, as we were only a group of 8. It might be an issue for a group that was utilizing the house at its stated capacity of 20 people.

It was a beautiful property. The only thing was that the ice/water machine was broken & some of the rooms weren’t cleaned entirely. Other than that, the stay was amazing & we enjoyed every bit of it

Other than being a throw back to the 70's, which is no problem at all, this house is great. Tons of communal spaces. Great for a family vacation. And the views!!! Definitely recommend
