Lovely Clean Home in a Quiet Neighbourhood
Suite d'une chambre récemment rénovée. Cuisine complète avec appareils haut de gamme. Salle de bain carrelée de luxe. Grande pluie pluie. Nouveau petit déjeuner en marbre manger au comptoir. nouveau lit de luxe queen serta lit parfait. Toutes les commodités. À quelques minutes de l'observation des baleines, des magasins, des restaurants, des cafés et du village historique de Steveston où se déroule le tournage de nombreuses séries télévisées et films (filmant actuellement Once Upon a Time). Des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée et de pistes cyclables le long du fleuve Georgia Straight et du puissant fleuve Fraser. Sentier de digues sud-ouest à quelques minutes Le paradis des ornithologues. Shopping de classe mondiale dans le centre de Richmond. L'aéroport de Vancouver et le train aérien sont à proximité. Quartier calme et sécurisé, parking et WiFi!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rhonda's. The place is bigger than it looks on the photos and it was very comfortable. We lucked out to arrive on a sunny day so we were able to enjoy the beautiful patio full of flowers and hummingbirds. The house is very well located in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance (less than 5 min) to a trail that goes along the coastline. It's also within a few minutes drive to Safeway (we also love Takeya Sushi, right next to Safeway). Rhonda was so nice and communication was very easy. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Quiet place and very close to Steveston. Clean and house has live indoor plants! Host Rhonda was so nice guiding us on restaurants we were wanting to go to and provided suggestions on activities during our stay. My husband and I enjoyed viewing the sunset and afternoon walks! Thank you Rhonda!
The only thing that I wanted to have on my next stay would be a microwave😊

We truly enjoyed our stay with Rhonda at her quaint cottage. The neighborhood was so nice, safe, and very walkable to parks, shops, and restaurants. Everything we needed was available (kitchen was VERY WELL stocked), tons of clean towels, and Rhonda was an excellent communicator and so willing to help. We were only about a 15 min drive from the airport, about 30+ min to some of the downtown areas (depending on traffic). Great spot to rest, relax, eat great food, and get out to see the beautiful sights of Vancouver and surrounding areas!

We were visiting a sister in Steveston and this was the perfect location. We loved the place, everything is there and it works well with the big tv in the bedroom. We never used the tv room in the basement as the tv in the bedroom was wonderful. The only thing i would say to improve the place is a lamp in the living room. Otherwise you have to turn on the overhead lights. Not very cozy. Also, a night light in the bathroom for the night as the house is perfectly dark at night but too dark for a visit to the bathroom. But in all honestly, the perfect place. And I have rented a lot of places. Rhonda is a wonderful hostess and you will enjoy staying there.

We enjoyed both levels of the accommodation, beds were very comfortable and sleep was great. The lower level studio suite was excellent with good bed ,couch and tv. and done in good taste. Rain shower humongous fridge and large laundry with adequate supplies were a nice surprise. Nice friendly helpful people, felt safe and welcome.

This was the perfect place for our visit to Richmond. Conveniently located. Wonderful host. Very close to the waterfront for walks. About a 30 minute walk to Steveston town for restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Back patio was delightful. We really enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the hummingbirds visit the flowers. Felt more like staying in someone's private home vs a rental. Very quiet neighborhood.

Our host maintained contact with us from the moment we booked our reservation until we landed at our final destination. Our stay was extremely comfortable and the cottage like ambiance made for a magical garden like experience. The flowers in the PNW are bigger and more beautiful than any others I've experienced and this location was no exception. She recommended the nearby trail to see the flora and fawna in the area which we took advantage. Spectacular views! After our trek, we relaxed in fluffy beds for rhe night. Our host made sure all of our needs were met and followed up to help us as we were making our way to the airport. Because of our experience with Rhonda and her family, Vancouver is a destination we'd visit again! Strongly recommend!

Our unit was a ground level suite in Rhonda’s home. The suite was very comfortable, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and close to Steveston. The TV had an extensive channel lineup and the shower was large with a great rainshower head. Rhonda was a very friendly and attentive host. We would definitely book here again.

We loved this perfect little place! It was just what we were hoping for, clean, quiet, well appointed, and in a great neighborhood where we could easily walk to see the sunset on the water within just a few minutes.

My wife and I spent three nights at Rhonda’s place. Understated , but overdelivered in all categories! Great bed, great appliances and a clean, spacious one bedroom with kitchen and large living room. Tremendous washroom with rainfall shower. Would highly recommend.

Cosy coastal retreat
The property is located in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood, a 5-minute walk to a trail and a short drive to central Richmond, even closer to Steveston for books and shopping.
The cosy downstairs suite has its own miniature garden for reading. There's a nice selection of books on the shelf for guests.

We went to celebrate and relax. Our was very thoughtfu!! The area is very nice and plenty of walks available. I would stay there over and over! The room is really nice.

This property was situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood .We walked into Steveston each day,3.5km,on an easily accessed trail. The property manager was so helpful in directions,places to go etc. It was our first VRBO experience and it was a good one. Thanks to Rhonda for making us feel at home.

Richmond - Great Stay
We had an amazing time in the Vancouver area. The house if very comfortable and exactly as advertised. Short drive to Stevenston and Vancouver. Close to the airport. Rhonda is a great host and very communicative and followed up consistently. We had a set of celebrations during our stay and there was a great extra touch for us. I would totally recommend the house to stay at.

The nature walk to the fishing/tourist village of Steveston is a joy. A hopping center with a supermarket and liquor store (plus more) is a short walk away, owners are very helpful and accommodating, and friendly too. Kitchen is big enough to cook meals and the local seafood available is excellent.

Great place, enjoyable stay
The property was nice and cozy, just the right size for our stay. Rhonda was a great host and checked in to make sure we were comfortable as we were hit with a nice dump of snow during our stay and a cold snap to boot! She made sure the path was clear after the snow as well. This would be an even better stay in the warmer summer months as it was nice and close to Steveston village. Definitely recommended for those planning to stay in the area.
