Only good thing I can say was the front desk/lobby were nice and clean but that’s as far as it goes.

We had no clue of any renovations before we booked this hotel. Found baby roaches crawling in the bathroom, mold around shower, mold in mini fridge where the ice box was, floors were dirty, ac didn’t work well at all, etc. when we checked in the front desk area was nice and clean but as for our room absolutely not. The hotel aside from lobby smelt moldy, musky, and just gross. We had several of our families stay at this hotel this weekend due to a softball tournament and several of them left due to the conditions of the hotel and rooms. One family left right after checking in due to the conditions of the hotel and their room. Unfortunately renovations or not we will not be staying at this choice of hotel ever again whether it be in Owasso or any other ComfortInn/Choice hotels.

We liked it all, the quietness of the place the cleanness of the place the nice staff. Very enjoyable to stay there

I guess they only complaint I'd have and it's the same at most hotels the breakfast is not that great. But there are a few things you could eat but some is the standard p powdered eggs and greasy sausage and hard biscuits. But that did not ruin our trip

Bath drain not draining well. Breakfast slice bread was not fresh, sausage meat doesn’t taste good.

The location was about the only thing good regarding this stay.

When you walked into the lobby a very heavy odor of air freshener was apparent. Our room was damp and smelled of dog urine. The bathroom was unacceptable due to nasty shower and vent. My daughter visited the pool area and reported it was shabby and needed a good cleaning. I am in my 80's and had a very difficult time breathing in both the room and lobby areas due to the heavy air and terrible odors. I am subject to Asthma and had heart surgery last year so there was no alternative but to ask for a different room and we were told that there were no rooms available in the price range of the room we had. No upgrade possibility was offered to us, which we would have considered. We requested a refund and were told that due to a 3rd party booking none was available. I promise you that I will never 3rd party book again nor will I ever step into a Comfort Inn or any of its sister facilities, nor will I recommend one to anyone I know. We found a very acceptable, clean and great room at one of Comfort Inn's competitors -- paid way more for it but the increase was worth every penny.

Television and remote was poor, no charging port for cell phone. Deodorizer smell in hallway.
