Cozy. Well furnished and decorated. Liked the hotel bar.

Breakfast was okay. Eggs weren’t very good and no meat served on Monday morning. Had sausage gravy, but didn’t want biscuits and gravy.

The room was very big and accommodated my family of 5. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice. It smelled very clean. They have Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (From Bath and Body Works) in the shower. Great Location.

Remote did not work- finally brought new remote up - still didn't work- finally realized the box was behind tv- so had to get out of bed and go to side of tv to get to work- front desk was Ike oh the strip is missing but did not have any available ( did not volunteer to move me nor get strip from another room- basically said they are not a full service hotel. Not accommodating at all.

We definitely woke up late and missed most of the breakfast but it was really good.

The cable box was not working or did not have any idea how to get it working.

Super wonderful and comfortable! This was a 5 star location and facility! We had everything. We even stayed an extra day bc it was so nice!

Rude customer service while checking in and out

Nothing. Went there for pool and hot tub and they were closed.

Nobody was at front desk at arrival. Room was noisy, couldn’t be darken, old air conditioning unit without working external thermostat. No pool and no hot tub.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel often. There were some great breakfast places nearby.

The room service is minimal and we stayed for seven nights and could have used service at least once during our stay. We were able to get our own towels, kleenex, etc. from the housekeeping staff in the hallway.

The place was absolutely beautiful, George the host was was my favorite. He was so warm and genuine. He had the best personality and went above and beyond. I had the best time their with my daughter. The room was gorgeous, clean and had the best view in the balcony. We enjoyed the fitness center , loved the hot tub and the pool, but with all that we both say George was by far out favorite. Thank you so much.

Everything about the hotel is exceptional, it’s clean beautiful location and driving distance is short to some great restaurants.

There was a power outage and the power was out majority of the night, that wasn’t the problem the staff was excellent in helping anyway, EXCEPT!!!!!! There was a bunch of rowdy teenage boys who had air horns running up and down the halls screaming banging on doors. I know for a fact there was complaining because our neighbors went. I’m not sure why anyone didn’t address the issue but I’m highly disappointed in the staff for that issue

A lot of little extras that make the hotel seem much better than average fair.

A few little hiccups like nonfunctional TV remote, but other than that everything was great.

The Hotel has a Western theme and looked really nice. I needed a handicap room and they worked with me on the special request and the room was wonderful for our friends.

I requested four rooms. I needed two King rooms. My husband and his brother are 6'7" and 6'6". We got a King room but my brother in law and his wife got two Queens. Not only that, the beds were not made and they had to request sheets. They offered to make the beds but shouldn't have had too. Our King room had two TV's and the one by the bed did not work at all. The room had not been cleaned well, the lamp was broken and the cushions on the sofa fell through. When we talked to the staff (which was very kind) they told us they had overbooked on the King rooms so my brother in law got bumped to a lesser room. He also said a lot of the cleaning staff called in sick so the rooms were hard to get done. He had no one there to fix our TV. Of course, the manager was not there so I was told I could talk to her in the morning. She called in sick and was to call us. She never did.

The facilities were nice. The pool and hot tub nice. Breakfast nice.

Put on hold with every call, special request for disabled husband easier access to pool as in close, and then given a room at the other end of the hotel. Promised a wheel chair for transport to pool that never came. Searching for bath towels because single clerk at counter busy... really needs more staff and to honor requests as promised!!

The breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from. The location was in proximity to the place we needed to go and attractions in Broken Arrow. Our experience with this hotel has always been positive.

location was great that is why I picked it and heard nothing but good things on the hotel.
