Long list: Ice machine was broken, not enough towels, front desk slow to respond, room not that clean and more. Breakfast "sausages" were gray in color--undercooked, I suppose.

The breakfast was good. They did run out of bacon half an hour before the end of breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
The hallways were not air conditioned and were much to warm.

The girl at the front desk was very nice because the hotel was on a frontage road she told me a different way to get back onto route 30 she gave me information on places to eat and when I checked out the lady was also very nice I would stay there again. The breakfast was great there was a plenty of food

It was close to the business I had to attend to on Saturday.

The only problem was a leak i the room above which softened the ceiling sheet rock in the bathroom, and was beginning to collapse. I just happened to be standing under it when a piece of dissolved sheet rock mud dropped on the back of my head, and shirt! Quite entertaining; reminded me of how much I hate plastering sheet rock!

it’s an older hotel, but it’s been kept up well and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The fact that I'm gonna risk I broke down on the side of the road and I was gonna check in the true Hilton and service And the lady that was at the service counter was rabbit rude and was constantly on her cellphone non professional so I've seen confident confident from the door And I went to confident to stay on it and I was happy I did very good service very good staff and the amenities are great thank you so much

Mostly everything was fine
The only full day we had, the pool was locked for maintenance morning and evening, but I found out after complaining that this was a mistake and someone forgot to open it. It was too late to enjoy the pool that day.
