The people working there was very apologetic with booking.com as they were not happy about the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

All it would have had to be to make it exceptionally well is have what was advertised online in the room. I requested a jacuzzi tub and it DID NOT HAVE IT

it was stated that in the room there was a bath tub and spa tub, but there was neither. also during the middle of my visit my fiancé and i located a couple bed bug shells which is absolutely disgusting. we didn't find any live ones but that doesn't mean there aren't any!! i told a worker and nothing was done about it. also vending machine took $4 from me. i told a worker and she said there was nothing she could do because she didn't know how to open or work the vendor machine. so that was upsetting also.

Location of the hotel, and the access to a 24 hour Fitness facility that I love in this area which was right next door! Breakfast was great! The staff were all kind, and helpful. The access to a king size bed was great! Free and accessible parking were also a huge plus! Lots of food and shopping nearby and easy access to route 50 and interstate 79!

There were pretty typically at least a couple of people right outside of the hotel door smoking cigarettes, as I'm not a smoker and I have asthma this was a big minus for me. The lack of an elevator made it a little tougher if you have a lot of luggage, but they do have first floor options. The rooms are also somewhat small, but they make up for this with the size of the bed!

The outside grounds are littered with garbage and beer bottles and in the parking lot. The room it self was very cramped they should have a queen or twin bed instead of a king. Bathroom is ridiculously cramped. You can tell they are making changes but they have to consider room size. You only have two entries on the ends of a long building. So if you get stuck in the middle and upstairs, no dlevator. Plan to get your workout. The great staff and breakfast free with the room kind of compensated. They have everything you could think of or want for breakfast. The pool is in another building neighboring the building same where the workout facilities. Kind of put the halt on that because it's a neighborhood gym. All in all I survived and did sleep good and in the end isn't that what we really want. Again terrific staff and breakfast.
