Worst shower head ever......The nozzle was so clogged water barely came out. It was one of the king rooms with a wand shower. No pne was at desk during checkout so. compliant could not be made. Positve note when I checked in the front desk clerk was great.

The good was the wonderful woman running the breakfast buffet. She was so polite and friendly and so sweet with our kids. Honestly the only reason I did not leave a 1 star. The staff at reception were unprofessional, one even going as far as dropping an f bomb, stating to another guest “let me see what the f&$@ is going on.” Which took me back a second. I think this was a first for me. As far as the quality of the facility, the breakfast, again was the shining star, but the pool was green and gross and the hot tub was wrapped with caution tape, obviously unusable. The room itself was connected to another, with trash from the previous guest still in the trash can. The outlets didn’t work, which we found out after our phones had not charged through the night. We stayed for two nights, family of five, and we received 4 towels, no cleaning, no trash removal. We could have went to the front desk, but again they were not the most approachable. As I’m writing this I’m becoming more frustrated about the stay so I will close here. I would not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only a single night before a WVU football game. The room was excellent - very roomy and in excellent condition. The only thing I didn't like is that the air conditioning blows cold air right across the bed, It is difficult to find just the right amount of covers to keep from either freezing when it is on, or roasting when it is off. The breakfast included eggs and potatoes with sausage and peppers, as well as waffles and the usual continental breakfast items. The eggs had the consistency of the powdered eggs we used to get at scout camp. All of the staff we came in contact with were nice. The property is in an area of other hotels, stores, and restaurants, so it was a short trip to dinner.

Great location, breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating and friendly. There was a pile of dirty/crusty towels beside the bed, shoved under the air conditioner. However, everything else was pretty decent.

Waiting for front desk for fees minutes, came out of office, looks like talking to someone. Didn’t apologize or wasn’t friendly. Bathtub has mold!!

I enjoyed the variety of breakfast items. It was good coffee also. I would recommend that if the pool shall ever be closed again, they give a discounted on the rooms.. several people book hotels based on a working pool.
