This is our second stay at the tiki on the water. Another great stay. The house is so comfortable. Great pool area. The tiki on the dock is where I spent most of my time with a fishing pole in my hand. It was so hot this time around but the shark were still biting hard. Caught several small bull sharks. Of course a quick release. The pool was such a great way to beat the heat. The house has everything you could need. We have loved the house on both of our stays. It is located so close to so many great restaurants and shops.

The house was AMAZING! It was very clean and just an overall beautiful home! The pics do it no justice. The view was breath taking. We spotted a few dolphins and my daughter and her boyfriend seen a manatee while out kayaking. The property manager was very nice and informative. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us to see how our stay was going. Thank you so much for a wonderful 10 days!

Beautiful home with lots to keep your family entertained on site. We had a 4 day swim meet in Fort Myers and needed a place where the family could relax since they wouldn’t be at the pool 10+ hours a day with my athlete. They liked all the amenities, the neighborhood, and the local food.

Absolutely beautiful villa, super clean and very comfortable with everything we could want. We very much enjoyed the pool, kayaks, Fire pit and table tennis. The outside decking area was splendid. We kayaked with 4 dolphins swimming nearby on our last morning out of the canal area. Amazing. The only small negatives were that the bikes hadn’t been well maintained and one of the kayak seats was broken. The local burrowing owls were a treat to see. We enjoyed the shopping, wildlife and eateries near by. We loved the area and enjoyed mini golf, batting cages, swimming in the lovely warm Gulf of Mexico and the wildlife refuges where we saw manatees relaxing in their natural environment. What a magnificent place. Thank you for our stay in this stunning villa.

Our family had a wonderful time, the home is kept up well and has great amenities. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and fishing, using the beach items in the garage to go to Sanibel island, and cooking meals and playing games with each other. The location is gorgeous and will not disappoint you!

This property is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and beautifully decorated! Everyone enjoyed the pool and ping pong table! Having coffee in the tiki hut by the water every morning was incredible! We would highly recommended this property!❤️

The Tiki on the water house was exactly as advertised, maybe nicer. Our family 5 adults and 2 grandkids 2 and 4 had a great vacation. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, although we didn’t spend much time inside. Outside was fantastic. The screened in pool area with a beautifully maintained pool, nice outdoor furniture, ping pong table, music system, and flat screen television Was the place we spent most of the time. The dock with the Tiki bar was the 2nd. The kids loved fishing. We also saw a dolphin and sea turtle a few times. Took day trips to Fort Myers’s, and Sanibel Island still needs work after the Hurricane but beaches were not as crowded, (also had dolphins come right up to the beach on Sanibel). Restaurants in area were good as were the suggestions from the renter. Would definitely recommend and may return again. We like to try different locations but this is worth another trip.

We enjoyed the property very much. Great location, and view. Lobster lady for dinner and tiki hit cruise is a must as well!

Location and pool were excellent! House is very nice and spacious. We had a great time at the Tiki Hut and in Cape Coral.

The Tiki on the water is awesome we caught several fish and blue crabs. We loved just relaxing and watching all of the boats coming and going

I told the owner that as much as the photos looked amazing they didn’t do justice to the huge and amazing amenities and location of this place. The pool was big, the tiki bar theme wasn’t just a marketing name but rather really built a cool ambiance to sip a drinks or have food right by the water. Every room had a TV and cable which we thought was a nice extra touch. Overall we will be returning as a go to vacation stay for sure!

The worst part about this beautiful home was leaving… We are a hardworking couple from Indiana that vacations in Cape Coral Florida twice a year. We have stayed in a few houses during our visits, but we have never rebooked the same house. We finally found the one! We will rebook this house every single time. Here’s why: First of all, Michael the owner is extremely nice and very responsive; he cares about your experience at his home. The house had EVERYTHING we needed during our stay. We also liked that useful items such as, sunscreen, dryer sheets, laundry soap, cooking oils, unopened beverages, hand soap, foil, etc from previous occupants were kept for the next ones coming. What few items we did buy for the house, we left for someone else to get use of too. The house was also SUPER clean upon our arrival (the garage floor was even mopped!). The beds are real comfortable which is always appreciated when staying anywhere. There are plenty of towels for showering and beach towels as well. No part of the house is broken, or in need of repair. FISHING: Wow! Wow! Wow! We caught lots of different fish- catfish, lady fish, gar, and several nice size sharks! We both share a love for sharks, so we felt bad when we reeled them in, but we safely released them all back. There were several that were waaaay too big to get reeled in and they snapped the line, or ate through our leads. The tiki hut on the dock was PERFECT for many hours of fishing and relaxing. The Florida sun is unforgiving so it was nice to have the shade and the fan on under the hut. We spent most of our time out on the dock for many reasons. The view is spectacular! The daily visitors of dolphins, lots of manatees, stingrays, and pelicans. There were so many boats coming in and going out to the river every day and everyone was so nice waving, and asking about our fish catching. It was so quiet and peaceful while we were outside either at the dock, or lounging around the pool area. The pool was very clean (a pool cleaning company came while we were on the dock fishing and did not bother us at all). There are several floaties and pool items to use as well. The patio and lounge chairs are super comfortable. There are fans over the patio area as well. Also, it was fun to watch TV while floating around in the pool. We are excited to rebook this house next spring. We guarantee you will love it too.

My Family and I had the best time staying at this property in Cape Coral. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay for a few days. The house was clean, provided everything described in the listing, and had the best view of the canal! We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay here again. If you are looking for the prefect home that has all the amenities such as beach gear (should you want to venture out), spacious bedrooms, bikes, fishing equipment, a great salt water pool, and a tiki on the water where you can have every meal of the day, THIS IS YOUR SPOT! Michael and his caretaker were amazing hosts! Michael was always quick to reply to me with all of my questions (sorry Michael!). Highly recommend. Like I said… we will be back!

Location is the best, quiet street on a beautiful canal where you are overlooking the river as well. House fit 4 adults and 2 children with no problems at all. The pool area is huge and perfect for lounging all day long. Had everything we could have asked for!

Beautiful view, quite, lots of things to do, convenient to shopping, beaches and restaurants. I would recommend and would book again. Only thing I didn’t care for was the fact on top of everything we had to pay for in advance we had to pay extra for electric usage. The house sleeps 10 we were to have 5 adults and 2 children. We were charged an additional $200 for extra person. Well one adult could not attend but so far there was no mention of a refund for the extra person. I would have thought if it sleeps 10 then the price would have covered that with no extra charge, we will see I will correct this if we get a refund. The electric usage for 4 nights was $97.05, for 6 people.

The house was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed binging Netflix from the pool (on the outdoor TV). The only thing we were not aware of (or perhaps didn't read the fine print before hand) was that laundry detergent was NOT provided, yet we were expected to wash beach/pool towels and start the wash of sheets. Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. We've travel each year for our annual girl's trip, and have never had to purchase these items, so once we landed, we completed our grocery shopping, but had to go back for these items. We'll pay attention to the fine print next time. Other than the low supplies, the house was fantastic.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Perfect location with lots of great restaurants nearby recommended by Michael. Plenty of space in the backyard which provided entertainment for 2 teenagers. We hung out at the tiki hut every night and caught and released catfish, trout, crabs and a stingray. Poles are provided as well. The house had everything we needed and nice touches such as gym equipment, a charging station for phones, and chairs and coolers for the beach. Easy communication with Michael. The house is amazing.. description of the house is accurate and lived up to everything they said it would. Everything was very nice and well taken care of very clean. Pool and outside deck and area by the canal was great. We caught fish off the dock as well as saw a couple dolphins. We will for sure be back.

Great house and location! Beautiful clean house with a great pool, patio and dock. We had everything we needed for a great 1 week stay. We fid not want to leave and would stay again in the future!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The house and the views were stunning! We swam every day and watched for the dolphins and sunsets every night from the Tiki. Michael was great with communication every step of the way. We cannot wait to come back!

This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful property. Everything is as pictured. Our family loves the tiki hut on the water ( we have seen dolphins swim by on both visits), large pool with toys and beach gear available for use. We highly recommend this property 😀. Location is perfect for visiting Sanibel Island as well as many great restaurants!
