Million Dollar Beach House. La destination de vacances idéale; ce lac Maison de mer se trouve à deux rues de la plage et Pavilion / Bar Jenkinson. Un endroit idéal pour vous reposer, se détendre, se ressourcer et profiter des vacances. Cette maison a une grande cuisine équipée avec appareils Viking professionnels. Cette maison est très spacieux, idéal pour recevoir des invités. Il dispose entièrement rénové quatre (4) chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. Il y a quatre lits (4) de king size, un (1) lit queen, et trois (3) canapés. Tous les meubles à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur est tout neuf. Le deuxième étage dispose d'une terrasse énorme qui surplombe le magnifique lac Louise, en vue de feux d'artifice tous les jeudis pendant l'été. La terrasse est équipée de 3 chaises longues. Il y a une grille 5 du brûleur et une douche extérieure idéal avec un évier double sur le premier niveau. Cette propriété en bord de lac est également livré avec un dock et parking commun pour deux voitures dans l'allée. Loved our week long stay. House was in great shape. Loved the dock! Very easy walk to Jenkinson’s Boardwalk and beach.

House was very spacious. Nice yard and outside seating. Lake views a treat. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, town, shops and restaurants. Had a great time. Owner and rental manager very accommodating.

The home was wonderful,clean and had everything we need for our family of 9. Our children said this the best vacation ever.

The house was perfect for my family and our dog's first vacation. Communication with the owner Max and Angela was wonderful, a nice personalized feeling for our stay. The house was clean and super convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved the dock and hot tube too. Would definitely book for another vacation!

I grew up in Point Pleasant and went looking for a space to spend the Holidays with my family and found the most PERFECT HOME!!! Not only was the home clean, spacious, with all the comforts of a perfect beach home, the owner and manager were available to discuss and answer any questions we had before, during, and after our stay.
THE LAYOUT!!! Home has beautifully spacious bedrooms with storage space for your personal items. The shower was delightful with awesome water pressure and excellent temperature range! Kitchen has all the space needed with a built-in pantry, which is located just off the large dining table and looks over into the living room and back tv room.
THE VIEW!!!! The water views were such a pretty spot to see sunrises and sunsets from the back balcony! We also enjoyed the resident swans that come to visit.
Location!!! Home is close to all the downtown restaurants, inlet, boardwalk, and beach without being immersed in the crowds.
Would've given the home and experience 10 stars if I could've!

This house was fantastic for our 2 week trip to the shore. My husband and I and our teen daughters stayed the whole time and were joined by our older daughter, her boyfriend and 5 year old...plus our dogs. The house fit us all very well and accommodations were as advertised. Location was fantastic. 8 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk into the main drag of shops and restaurants on Arnold. Max was easy to connect with and super responsive, as was the in-town property manager, Angela. If we come back to PPB, would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable
Spacious first floor kitchen and living areas. Beautiful yard with view of the Lake. Only downside was configuration of the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms; second bathroom was attached to one of the bedrooms (not the master) so it made sharing more difficult. Very easy check in and check out.

Shore Getaway
This house was perfect for our family of 4 and our friends family of 3. The owner Max was very accommodating and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.
The house is located on a lake and the kids loved feeding the swans that came to visit. There was a hot tub which was nice and relaxing. It’s only a short walk to the boardwalk and beach.
We will definitely be back next year! It was the perfect shore getaway.

The property was very clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were a little small but clean and comfortable. Max was on top of the situation and very responsive to our needs. It was an extemely nice stay and backing up to the marina was a bonus!

Beautiful house with an amazing view!
We had a fantastic time in Pt. Pleasant at Max's house. He and his property manager were responsive and helpful, both before and during our visit. The space itself worked very well for us (two couples with young children) and would have been comfortable with even more guests. The view of the lake is spectacular and the beach is a short walk away.

Great house on the lake
We were a group of 12 and this was a perfect house for us. Max and Angela were very responsive to our needs and the house was perfect. We had several kids (2 to 13) and all enjoyed every aspect of the home. Will be sure to stay again!

PPB Trip
The process of renting was quite easy along with the communication from the landlord. Great location to the boardwalk and near by restaurants. Great view of the lake just limited access to the lake from the property due to low tide. Pet friendly which was also a great feature.
Wood floors in the downstairs but made coming down the steps a bit noisy in the morning.
A great house for families with a large open downstairs with two areas outside to sit and enjoy the view.

Lake house
This property was exactly what we had hoped for. It was clean, roomy, and very peaceful. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the tools that we needed (except a whisk :). I loved the lakeview and the rooftop deck was perfect! The location was just around the corner from the boardwalk which would've been Awesome for my older kids had the weather been warmer. Definitely recommend!

Last minute family vacation
Booked this lovely home for our family on the lake. Clean and spacious. Exactly as pictured and described. Walking distance to large beach which allowed for comfortable social distancing during the Covid pandemic. Plenty of outdoor dining space and watched the fireworks from deck.

Great Place - Great Location
We had a wonderful weekend in a wonderful house. Everything was just as advertised and the communication with the owner and property manager was outstanding. We enjoyed the hot tub and really enjoyed the kitchen and the cozy room next to it. There was also great sleeping arrangements for all us.

Second time visiting this property. The location is lake front and within 2 blocks of Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk. We had a fantastic weekend and enjoy the spaciousness of this home.

Wedding Week
My family traveled in from out-of-state for my wedding in Point Pleasant and this house had all of the space that we needed for everyone. It was well equipped with appliances and any kitchen related needs. The dining area was huge and easily accommodated all of us. Max and Angela were super responsive to all of my questions and very helpful. The bikes in the garage were great to ride to the boardwalk and restaurants. For us, the best perk was that we had plenty of room for everyone to get ready the day of the wedding and had beautiful views of the water that made for great pictures. I highly recommend this rental, especially for groups that want to be nearby/in walking distance to everything. The only thing I would keep in mind is that there are a lot of steps throughout the house. For us this wasn't an issue at all, but I can see that being potentially challenge if you have older relatives with you or anyone who has trouble walking. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely return.

Family Wedding Weekend
The house was ideally located for our family for our niece’s wedding in Bayhead. We were able to quickly get to all of the wedding activity and truly enjoyed our down time at our temporary residence. We would suggest that a vacuum cleaner would have been useful in cleaning before we departed.

Big house in a heart location
Angela is the greatest. She worked with us on any issue that arose and was extremely helpful. The bedroom with the bathroom is on the smaller size, so it should be known only the folks staying in that room will utilize it. The back yard is perfect for morning tea and nightly bbqs. We even caught some crabs off the back deck.

Wonderful Week With Family
We loved this house! So much space, upgrades, and excellent location on the lake and only 2 blocks to the wonderful Point Pleasant Beach! We had a very stress free family reunion and everyone was relaxed and happy! Bring some blow up rafts for the lake!
The kitchen was great and we cooked every night which was a blessing with such a large group.
Our favorite time of the day was gathering on the pier on the lake at night after visiting the boardwalk.

Room to spare at Lake Terrace
We enjoyed a weekend visit to Pt Pleasant, close to the beach and boardwalk. Much rain kept the little ones indoors, but there was room for them to chase each other and enjoy the space. The house was clean, with much room for 10 or more to dine and hang out. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor space, but the weather gods did not forecast in our favor.

Spring break vacation
Great location. Spacious, well equipped house (though a paddle for kayak should be available) with all amenities for a very pleasant family stay over spring break holiday week. Additionally, the manager/real estate agent was EXTREMELY responsive to a minor issue that arose. Would highly recommend.

A family trip
What a great location! On the water and just blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The house, which is very large, can easily accommodate three families. We would definitely recommend this property. The hot tub is a relaxing bonus.

Amazing House!!
The house was everything the pictures show ~ no surprises! That view - there just aren't words. Waking up and enjoying my coffee in the hot tub watching the sunrise was the highlight of the trip! The owner and realtor were both totally accommodating and made sure our trip was everything we hoped it would be!

A wonderful weekend retreat location
We had a wonderful stay in this house. We came to Point Pleasant for a girls' weekend - there were 8 of us in all. We enjoyed the cozy living room area with a serene view of the lake. It was a great gathering place for us. The beach is within walking distance and despite the February temperatures we were able to go for a lovely walk on the boardwalk. The hot tub was a real highlight of the trip. Overall a great experience. If we decide on another winter getaway, we will definitely keep this property in mind.

Relaxing Home
We had a large group stay at the home and found it absolutely perfect. There was enough room for everyone to have space and relax. The hot tub overlooking the lake was very peaceful, and we felt close to everything: the town, the boardwalk, the beach.

This house was perfect for our family reunion with 6 of us visiting from out of state and another 7 who live within a half hour of Point Pleasant. Plenty of space to socialize comfortably, perfect size kitchen with nice appliances that we foodies really appreciated. Bedrooms were quite comfortable for those of us who were staying there and the large screen TV was just what we needed to watch Final Four basketball during a cold and rainy weekend. I'm sure this spot is even better during the summer given that it is walking distance from the beach.

Super impressed by the house. Words can't describe how beautiful the interior is. It was two short blocks to the beach and the perfect distance for our small children. Perfect for summer vacations and long weekends during the summer.
