Au rez-de-chaussée (la rampe pour fauteuil roulant n'est pas encore disponible), il s'agit d'une unité de loft 2BR, 2BA faisant partie des Lofts of Estes, au confluent de la rivière Big Thomson et de la rivière Fall. Récemment meublé, ce logement peut accueillir entre 2 adultes dans le loft à l'étage et 2 adultes dans la chambre située au rez-de-chaussée. De plus, 1 adulte ou 1 enfant peut dormir dans le salon devant la cheminée.
Deux salles de bain complètes pour votre commodité, baignoire à jets dans la chambre et grilles (à l'extérieur). Condo a une cuisine entièrement équipée, cafetière, micro-ondes, grille-pain, mixeur, casseroles et poêles. We had a wonderful stay and vacation. The hosts were very responsive and the location was close proximity to downtown shops and restaurants which helped since there was construction surrounding the area around Estes Park. There was also a nearby walking trail that led to Lake Estes. Great place and value.

The location is perfect for exploring Estes Park on foot. We were able to explore the local shops, cuisine, and attractions without needing to drive anywhere. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for our larger group size. We had a couple of questions throughout our stay, and the property manager was timely and helpful in their replies. I would definitely recommend this location and will keep this place in mind if I visit again.

We had a great time here. It’s the perfect location if you would like to walk to locations around town. My oldest daughter and I got out and got coffee/explored the town before it “woke up.” I would love to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The loft is decorated in a cabin theme and really let us enjoy our mountain weekend! Plenty of linens, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Check in was super easy and they even accommodated us a bit early when our 5 month old needed a mid day nap. Parking was busy, but we were able to park in the designated spots out front and walk to all the shops, restaurants and river walk within a few short minutes. Would happily recommend this place and stay again!

Wonderful place. So quaint. Close to everything. The only complaint was the master bedroom sheets had a stain on them but the rest was very nice

The apartment itself is beautiful! Finding a parking spot was difficult. People did not park correctly in order to leave a place to park. Once there was a place to park, there was so much traffic, you almost couldn’t get out to park yourself correctly. It was a mess and road construction to boot that we weren’t warned about. Pretty expensive for the difficulty with parking, and getting out of parking due to road construction.

Everything about this property was ideal for our visit! The thoughtful details of travelers’ needs, the adorable decor, the comfortable spaces were perfect for a quick two nights to experience Rocky Mountain National Park for a day and an evening exploring downtown Estes Park. Communication with Lucian and Ela was smooth and easy. They checked in with us along the stay to make sure we had everything and dropped off what we needed. The apartment is located very centrally and we walked every where. Parking was easy and Lucian provided us with an updated parking pass since it was needed for summer. The apartment is perfect for a family. The stairs are not too steep which was a concern with a toddler but ours could navigate them with ease. There was ground coffee ready to use , which is a nice perk. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need. We’ve traveled and used VRBO in the past and this is the BEST experience ever. Thank you for making our family trip so special!!! We will be back :)

This was a wonderful place to stay and smack in the middle of downtown! Everything was within in a few minutes' walk or less. Parking and unloading were very easy, especially because one member of our group has some mobility issues. We decided to cook that night and they had a variety of essentials that made it easy. We had only one small question and the owners requested very quickly! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect location, walk to coffee, restaurants and downtown Estes park shops! There is currently some construction on nearby streets but you couldn’t hear anything from inside the condo- so quiet and peaceful!
Excellent hosts- they provided a 6 pack of local beer and Epson salts for soaking in the jacuzzi! They responded quickly to a question! We drove to RMNP every day and had a great time!

Our stay here was perfect. The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable, the sheets and linens were high quality and all the furniture was well done and comfortable.
Our grandson (18) just graduated H.S. and he took the loft. All the amenities also made this comfortable for us. Once the downtown construction in Estes is done, it will be even more amazing. We had a little trouble watching TV, it would freeze at times, but that was the only hiccup. 5 stars all the way. Definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay. Owners are winderful and very very helpful!! Parking in front was impossible but that was due to others taking more space than they should have!! The roads were under construction...a pain but they are to be completed soon!! I would definitely love to stay there again!!

The loft was very nice and clean. Lots of natural light. Centrally located with easy walks to nearby shops and historic Stanley hotel. The loft is supplied with all the things you need if cooking meals and staying in to relax. Take in the beautiful Colorado water rolling by when walking around. The bed was very comfortable. One note, if you’re are vertically challenged as I am, I needed a small assist from my husband to get into master bed😀. We slept well so not a big deal. We left there saying we could absolutely live in this space.

Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants. Liked the beer in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived.
After a long day of driving it was nice to have in the fridge.
The place itself is wonderful. Clean and quiet.
The spa tub upstairs was nice too.
The only negative, there was there was a half used toothpaste packet in the master bath.
Overall experience was just what we needed and the place provided everything we needed.

This was a good location to town and walking distance to shopping and restaurants with a 5 min drive to Stanley Hotel. The only downside is the upstairs room was uncomfortable for sleeping. We turned off all heat and turned on the AC and it was still warm.

This property was in the best location. Walking distance to everything in the city. It was also close to the park and numerous hiking trails. Property was clean and the listing was very accurate. One thing i really appreciated was that there were plenty of linens and towels. Would highly recommend.

First off, communication was great until I asked if we could check in early. We were traveling with my 87 year old dad, we just lost my mom so it was already difficult. Dad needed to get into the place earlier than expected so we went there to see if anyone else was there, they were not. It was empty. I repeatedly tried to see if we could check in. All I got was "I'll text you". Well....she did, 5 minutes before 4 pm.
Check in with that digital lock wasn't easy. It took 5 tries. So we went in, the place is nice, dad took upstairs my husband and I downstairs. We all wanted a bath or shower. Dads the only one that could take one, no hot water for about 2 hours. My husband took a luke warm shower, same with me. Not good at all.
I wanted to do laundry but grease was all over the washer, inside and out. I wasnt putting our clothes in there!
So, as it was a nice apartment, we've stayed in way nicer places where everything went smooth. Oh the jets in the bathtub dont work either.
Grateful we had a place to stay, just wish it was somewhere else.

We had such a wonderful stay. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and can we talk about how awesome those towels were?! We love this location, and this condo is another great example of why. Perfect amount of space for a larger group or family, or if you just want a little room to spread out.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was stocked, communication was great and clear. We were able to walk everywhere due to the awesome downtown location. We would've liked a little more privacy for the second bedroom-thought it was a closed room, but it's a loft open to the downstairs. Overall, if I were headed back to Estes Park-I'd look here first!

We only had a couple of days to explore the Este Park and RMNP area so I was so happy to find a spot that would rent to us for one night! The condo is perfectly located within walking distance to town and a quick drive to the National Park entrance. The condo is so nicely decorated in a fun cabin theme and plenty of space for my husband and I and our adult son and girlfriend. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen is very well stocked with spices, coffee and extras. The owners even welcomed us with a pack of local beer!! I do have to give a shout out to Lucian, who was there within minutes when we had trouble with the door code and also when we left a fleece blanket behind, he was able to get it to us before we left the area. So I am very grateful for his going the extra mile for us!!!! All in all just a wonderful place to stay in this area, would love to come back when we have more time to explore!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this condo. It made everything in Estes walkable and the fireplace was amazing!
Our hosts had everything we could need in the kitchen and throughout the entire place. The hospitality and cleanliness were top notch. I would recommend this place for a family of 4 looking for a quick getaway.
