it was very quiet and close to the beach and had a homey feel and the staff were very nice and always made sure we had what we needed
the fridge had a odd smell to it and there was still sand on the chairs from the person before

When we got there and was turning down the beds there was a eaten crab claw under the pillow..so there is no way they changed the sheets.

Great location...pretty clean. Front desk assistance with extra clean towels , toilet paper, tooth brushes etc
Extremely dirty shower curtain. We had to scrub down curtain before we could feel comfortable to shower. We let the manager know, who was very apologetic and said he would have had it taken care of. He did accommodated us by allowing us to park an extra car in the lot since there were vacancies. We appreciated that courtesy.

away from all the boardwalk commotion
booking.com doesn’t advertise the rooms properly. I had paid for a double Queen sized room, and did not get what I paid for. after speaking with the employees in the office they told me their rooms were standard full and that booking.com lies about the rooms. There is not any rooms there with queen or king sized beds!

Very musty smell. I don't have a sensitive nose but this was overpowering to me even for beach motel. No iron in room which I guess is a new thing now.

Air conditioner had black mold. Beds were not comfortable. Sheets looked dirty. Mirrors streaked.

our room was very stinky, like old people stinky. had to get some air freshener and spray the entire room.

The room was very spacious
Going up all the steps to 3rd floor. Should have an elevator for elderly people. The pool could be a littler bigger. There shouldn't be a window above a/c unit. It is so bright in the morning and shines on the first bed.
