Beautiful location and views, and very spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of everything available.

The sliding glass door in our room had a gross red film on it and there was a gentleman at breakfast that played inappropriate music at an extremely high level but other than that it was great.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very helpful. I needed quarters for laundry and the manager went to the bank for change for me. We ate at the restaurant two nights in a row, the crab dip was amazing.

Pool area needed a bit more cleaning (trash left by guests, hairball on side of pool) but it was the end of a busy weekend when we arrived.

It was pet friendly and great views.

Upon arrival we were given the wrong room type and the girl at the desk was unfriendly and not helpful. I also brought to her attention that as my daughter was unpacking her things in the bathroom the heavy cabinet front fell completely off and onto her foot. The young girl at the front desk seemed like she didn’t care 1 bit. The next day our A/C heat stopped working but there weren’t any available rooms so we had to stay in that room. There was also a routine fire alarm testing which set my dog off. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Did not get the chance to experience the breakfast, but the location was excellent with the Bayside view.

The service could have been a little better because of the mix up with the suite I had had reserved, but after some help with the staff and a few tries they were generously able to upgrade my suite which I was very grateful for.

Liked everything. Being Pet Friendly was a major plus. It was clean and staff great.

We liked how close we were to everything. Being on the bay was great! We had a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise. We outdoor pool was very nice. The room was clean and we liked having the little kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and gave us suggestions for things to do.

We did have a problem getting a handicapped spot a few times. I guess there were a lot of other handicapped guests. It was ok though I got dropped of out front and my boyfriend parked the car.

The views from the high balcony suites is very breathtaking. If you can’t afford the high floor, that’s ok. The windows in the hall is a beating scenic view also.

Note…..I stayed there during off season. Being the off season……:the house keeping of the rooms was not as attentive to our needs as I would have hoped for.

I like the location, view and it was very spacious with kitchenette.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week and had no problems. The front desk staff were friendly and it was very peaceful. We left the hotel and came back after a day and this is when things got weird. Mind you this hotel has a pet fee of 75 which we understood. Then they have a 20 dollar incidental fee cool. When we check out the next day after leaving not even 20 minutes later our card gets charged 55 and we’re confused. So we call and Emily I guess she’s a manger at front not sure but she was very rude and was going all around the issue and not making sense. Our room and pet fee already posted so we weren’t understanding why they charged us after we left.. they e never done that. So she was saying something about left over money that didn’t get charged and we told her it didn’t make sense because it already posted what more money do you need. So after not getting through we hung up on her because it was pointless. So yesterday I look at my account and there are an addition pet fee charge and room charge on my account along with the one that just posted. So I called my bank to get a dispute he said that I couldn’t do it because it loooked like those charges were pre authorized and I told him I’m not sure why they would so that because we already paid for the hotel and pet fee two days ago. He said it confused him too, so he said he would contact them to get them to release and y’all know what these thief’s did they posted those charges to our account so now we have two pet fee and two room charges on our account. We are very saddened and disappointed because that was our go to hotel when we went to ocean city! We will not be going back. And now I have to keep calling my bank to see if they can dispute it now.

It was very nice. Loved they had 24 hour coffee. The breakfast that was included was actually very good.

The location was perfect, Holly and Stephan were both amazing bartenders, the rest of the staff was great from the young ladies setting up breakfast to the night staff when we checked in made us felt welcomed.

I enjoy staying at this hotel each time I visit. I would have liked to have a better room but it was still nice. I choose this place to stay because it is on the water and I can cook there. Love the hot breakfast bar. Friendly staff and they reacted quickly to my overflowing toilet situation.

Bed no the most comfortable, usually Marriott brand beds are comfortable.

Pool was awesome, the rooms were large and had a balcony overlooking the bay.... Beautiful.

The toilet paper bar was broken. tub was old... but nothing major.

We liked the bay view from our suite with the balcony. The room was spacious and had 2 TV's, sofa, table/chairs and a desk. The kitchenette had a with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooktop, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The room was clean and the carpet pristine. The full breakfast was delicious with many options. One of my biggest issues at some hotels is the sink is located outside of the bathroom (like a motel). I was glad to see the sink and the mirror inside the bathroom where it should be with the shower and toilet. It's not functional and unsanitary to use the toilet then to touch a door knob handle to open a door to get to the sink to wash your hands. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows too soft. Also I asked that the light blub behind the mirror to be changed several times. When we checked out it still was not changed.

Great size room. Very practical set up. Great view. Good breakfast. The most friendly lady helped serve breakfast, a great way to start the day. The decor was nice. The pool area was nice. Laundry was a huge plus!

The indoor pool is small, but no one else was in there most of the time so it was nice for our family. The beds are pretty hard

The High Rise rooms were awesome with the Bayview. The rooms were clean and the hotel itself was very clean. The Free morning breakfast is amazing!

Asked for room close to elevator. Was given room 208. I think the young desk clerk thought I meant on second floor. Lol. I have mobility issues which could have been a problem but it worked out well

Had a very unusual experience with a guest taking pictures of my children. I confronted him, & notified the hotel manager. They offered to put him out. They handled the situation the best they could

The hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make sure the stay was as pleasant as possible. The live music at the pool was a great inclusion. The location was in a great spot.

Breakfast could have been a little easier to secure a table but we traveled in peak season so it's expected to be very busy.
