This property turned out to be perfect for our wanting to just get away and relax. It was exactly as described. The view from the balcony was fantastic! Easy access to the beach with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. We will definitely be staying again!

The condo was amazing and so so clean. Nicely stocked kitchen and beds were comfortable. Owner was very communicative. The location was amazing and that view was to die for. We will definitely stay here again.

We always love staying at The Pearl in Navarre. This unit was just as described. We love the views from The Pearl, along with the accessibility to the beach & pools. I would have loved to have had some more comfortable furniture on the balcony though. The chairs are probably the worst I’ve sat in and honestly it was difficult to enjoy the balcony because of them. We ended up taking our own beach chairs out there to sit. Pete was extremely accessible throughout the stay. The couch cushions look like they need either a good cleaning or just couch replaced altogether. King size bed was not comfortable to us but it may have just not have been our preference. Felt like a memory foam type mattress which made moving around or out of a little difficult. Overall we had a great stay as usual in Navarre!

Our stay here was amazing! The condo is very clean and spacious- plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The extra beach toys and chairs were a great addition. The Pearl is a nice and quiet location, with great proximity to the beach and other nearby attractions. Everything was family friendly. We will definitely be coming back to this condo!

Pete's condo is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach access, beach chair set up/take down team and view from the balcony were all wonderful. Check in/check out was a breeze and the communication from the owner was immediate and thorough. We had a great time.

The condo is one of the best we have stayed in around the US. The room is clean and roomy. The building is well managed. The location was perfect allowing us to watch fish from the balcony and easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The condo was perfect! Plenty of space for our family of four. Super clean at check in. Pete was very communicative, and made sure we were set. The view from the master and the balcony are breathtaking! Big heated pool, and hot tub were a hit with the kids! The short walk to the beach accompanied with chairs and umbrellas set up by the complex for no charge was a luxury and convenient. We will be staying here again in the future!

It was a very nice week! Fantastic views of the ocean and white sand beaches, 2 pools and a hot tub, decent kitchen to make fish dinners at night, but the view was incredible. Relaxed and walked the beach.We will be back….

We loved this condo! We have stayed at the Pearl about 11 times and this is one of our favorite condos. I love to cook and this kitchen is definitely well equipped. It was perfectly clean. It was very comfortable. We love to eat outside on the balcony and the furniture was just right for that. Our only disappointment was that there were no games or cards or anything like that in the condo. However, they did not advertise that there were. Bring your own and you’ll be so happy.

What a great place to stay! We have vacationed at Navarre Beach for many years and have stayed at The Pearl numerous times. We have never stayed in this unit but would definitely stay here in the future. This condo has everything we needed. Easy check-in and check-out.
14th floor means great views! The owners of this unit have provided beach chairs and umbrella service which is a great bonus! So nice to get down to the beach without having to lug anything more than a cooler and beach bag. We look forward to staying here again.

The condo was spotless. Beautiful views and we loved the floor to ceiling windows. We could see lots of marine life from the balcony. The balcony and furniture out there needed some attention...I guess the salt air is hard on things. Despite that we still spent most of our time there. The location of the building was perfect and close to everything. The property and grounds were well maintained. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay, enjoyed being walking distance to several restaurants, and fell in love with Navarre Beach! The water is so beautiful and we loved walking to the pier and seeing several sea turtles. Condo was in a perfect location for everything-food/bars, pier, plus headache free parking at the Pearl! Pete was super attentive and responsive as a host and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in a condo on the 14th floor and the view was AMAZING. The room and property was nice. We all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach. It was never crowded. If we needed anything, places were all within driving distance from the condo. Would definitely stay here again, if we go back to Navarre Beach for another beach trip.

When we opened the door to the property, we were blown away by the view. Being a higher unit, the view was absolute incredible. Our family loved the amenities that the building offered. The pools were very clean and it was a short walk to the beach. The unit even came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.
The unit itself was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The owner, Pete, had great communication and was quick to respond any time we had a question. This was our first time in Navarre and it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this property.
