Vous n'aurez jamais besoin d'une voiture, il vous suffit de vous garer et de marcher jusqu'à toutes les commodités incroyables situées à 2 pâtés de maisons de tout.
Marchez n'importe où ou prenez le bus de montagne GRATUIT pour le centre-ville / ski à moins d'un pâté de maisons. Niché en face de la rivière Yampa, vous apprécierez de lancer une ligne pour pêcher ou une belle promenade / course et balade à vélo sur les sentiers juste en face de la rue. This property could not have been better! We were there for our daughter’s wedding reception at Aurum so the location was incredible. Yampa is the center of summer fun and we loved having the farmers market right there. More importantly though, the property itself was outstanding in every way. It is beautifully appointed and so comfortable. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were sizable and modern. Absolutely ideal all the way around. And of course that parking spot was priceless on a busy summer weekend downtown. We will definitely try and stay there when we’re in town next!!

Nice downtown location with easy access to dining and shopping. The condo is nicely decorated and furnished. It can be noisy in the mornings if you like to sleep in. We enjoyed it and would recommend it.

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Farmers Market was right out the front door, lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance and Gondola was a short drive.

Located across from the Yampa River, with restaurants, shopping, bikes, tubing all right there, super convenient. Very clean, comfortable, everything we needed was there. Kitchen very well stocked. The only downside, for me, is that I wish I had known that it was on the first floor and about the A/C situation, which was loud in the master. I would have preferred to be able to open the windows. Overall, a great place to stay.

Good location but when the windows are open at night for air you will hear all the noise from the bars across the street. Morning wake up from the bars cleaning up. The place was nice but could use new bedding. Other then that the place is good

We came to Steamboat to attend a wedding. The house we chose to stay in was perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the location because it was easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the creek path. The apartment was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils so we enjoyed doing some self catering. The apartment is on the ground floor so we could hear the people in the apartment above walking around and it was a bit dark again because it’s a ground floor apartment. FYI - The blind in the dining room is a bit tricky to open. I thought it was broken and was afraid to try to open it in case I pulled it down. My husband figured out how to open it. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy Steamboat Springs.

Property was exactly as described. Great location. Right amongst all the restaurant and bar options in downtown Steamboat Springs. Super convenient. Express bus service to base of ski mountain is less than two minute walk (about 1.5 small blocks). Only complaint is that master bathroom shower water temp was warm at best. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Check in was great - management was super responsive. You can’t beat the location. You are walkable to everything downtown has to offer. The condo was exactly what we expected from the photos and was a great place for our family of four.

While the location is one to envy in the heart of Steamboat, the space and the comforts of this property also shine. The convenience of a reserved parking spot is so helpful in what can be a congested area. And although plenty of foot traffic nearby it is tucked back enough from the street so there is little interference, if any, with the enjoyment, comfort, and privacy, that this property affords the guest.I would definitely return to this property again and highly recommend.

Close to downtown. woke up to farmer's Market on Saturday right outside our door. walking distance to restaurants, Tubing , shopping. Great location. Only one parking spot so if people are coming seperately, street parking is a challenge for 2nd vehicle.

Cooling system was horrible. Make-shift room coolers with ugly vent system taped into the windows. Cooler in one room moldy or mildew and smelled bad when turned on, so it could not be used. If you're allergic to mold this is NOT your unit! Couldn't just open the windows for cool night air because the noise from back alley made sleep impossible. Cooler in other bedroom automatically went on and off loudly all night so sleep was difficult there as well.
Probably a good unit in the cooler weather.

Fantastic Location!
Great property, only complaint would be lack of working air conditioning in the bedrooms. We had to move the unit from the front room to the bedroom to sleep. Otherwise it’s a great place!

Perfect downtown location!
Enjoyed our stay, we were able to walk everywhere downtown easily, to restaurants and along the Yampa. The condo was clean and the hosts were great with communication with any questions The only thing I’d add would be more comfortable seating in the living room. We found the couch uncomfortable, the one other upholstered chair was fine. Since it was on the ground floor you could hear people above you but it wasn’t to bad.
