SANDPIPER.....Breathtaking Views of Mountains and Pool!
Rénovation de la cuisine terminée en septembre 2019 ... voir de nouvelles photos. Bienvenue à Sandpiper Palm Desert, avec le look de l'architecture moderne du milieu du siècle du désert couplé avec des meubles et des équipements design. Ce condo est situé sur El Paseo Drive, à quelques pas des jardins d'El Paseo (Tommy Bahama, Sullivan's, Saks, Pacifica, Mastro's), des centres commerciaux, des galeries d'art et des restaurants. Vous êtes également à une courte distance du golf de championnat, de la randonnée, du tennis, des casinos et du théâtre en direct.
Le plan d'étage fait que l'unité ressemble plus à une maison qu'à un condo. Chaque chambre a un mur de verre et la vue est superbe; le salon principal donne sur la piscine étincelante qui est maintenue à un confortable 84 * en hiver. La piscine offre une vue magnifique sur la montagne, ainsi qu'une ramada avec barbecue, jeu de palets et green.
La chambre principale, la salle à manger et la chambre d'invités s'ouvrent sur une grande cour privée avec vue sur la montagne. Il y a des coins salon et repas dans la cour.
Toutes les chambres ont été peintes et décorées avec des murs colorés, des œuvres d'art et des meubles. Le maître et la chambre # 2 ont un lit king size, la chambre # 3 a 2 lits extra-longs jumeaux. Il y a de la moquette dans les chambres et de la planche de porc dans tous les autres domaines.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et tous les draps sont fournis. C'est vraiment «chez soi loin de chez soi»!

We really enjoyed our holiday in Palm Desert. Roger and Maureen's condo worked out very well for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The location suited our needs perfectly. Shopping was close by as were opportunities to go hiking in the mountains. Being near Highway111 made driving to tourist attractions and to restaurants easily accessible. Even though the condo complex was near a major intersection, it was a very quiet place with beautiful grounds and heated swimming pool. At the Condo, Roger and Maureen provided tourist materials and a list of restaurants which were most helpful to us. My husband was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was and both the children and their parents enjoyed the wide screen TVs. Last but not least, the weather in late December was great with plenty of sunshine and moderate temperatures. Thank you Roger and Maureen for helping us make this a special holiday for our family.

We have a big family that all came to the desert. The condo was exactly what we needed. It was clean and well stocked and everybody enjoyed themselves. We will rent it again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Sandpiper. The accommodation was very clean, well stocked with everything you would need. The rooms are large and there is lots of room for a larger group. The condo is located very close to the pool as well - easy access! We recommend this location to everyone - you will love it!

Centrally located and walking distance to everything El Paseo has to offer.
Accomodations had everything, very comfortable for 6 adults and a few steps to the pool.
Would definately rent this please again.

We enjoyed the large kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Everything pretty dated. The outdoor area was totally covered in desert dirt. We could not use the pool for 2 days as it was needed to be cleaned. A little disappointing on the whole. It was a great location however.

My favorite part is the beautiful complex with gorgeous landscaping and pools. What a perfect location for relaxing with coffee in the morning. We appreciate the quiet time and early bed times. The condo had everything we needed and lots of versatile sleeping options for our small children. Thank you for having us!

Friends in the Desert

Location, Location, Location!
Extremely well appointed property, with great attention to detail for the needs of the guests! Outside of grocery shopping, there is little need for a vehicle as you are within easy walking of Palm Desert shops and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A great pleasure!
This is not just a vacation rental; it is a perfectly stocked and beautifully maintained (indoors and out) residence in a private, quiet enclave that is still convenient to local shops and restaurants by car. Some are even just a short walk away. The layout of the spacious, one-story home is very fluid and affords access to both a private interior patio as well as another overlooking the common pool area. Maureen and Roger were always available to answer any questions and have equipped their home with just about every amenity imaginable. If we were to looking to rent another condo or even to buy, 713 Sandpiper would be a tough act to follow.

Excellent property.
We had a very nice stay at the property. The condo is very nice, the grounds are well maintained and the pool is just a few short steps from the back door. We had the entire pool to ourselves for almost the entire weekend. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend this property.

Great property, helpful host
Sandpiper is a relaxing, quiet property. Although we were staying during spring break, it did not seem busy or crowded. Many were doing the same as us—reconnecting with family, dining on patios, swimming in the pool. The condo design allowed us to cook and visit. The separate bedroom wings provided privacy and different sleep wake schedules. Roger quickly responded when I couldn’t find something. We would stay here again.

Great location and well equipped
We had a wonderful stay and the owners were super easy to communicate with as plans evolved. Great 3bdrm unit overlooking the pool on the edge and walking distance to El Paseo, hiking and great takeout. This difference maker with this unit is how fully stocked it was with everything you need from kitchen, bar utensils to laundry and beach towels.

We enjoyed our stay at Roger and Maureen's home. Unfortunately we came during a heat wave and were therefore stuck inside for the first half of the week, but the place is spacious, clean, and well-decorated.
The only downside was we didn't have access to the pool next to the unit for the entire week, but we were able to get to a different pool a very short walk away!

Great rental for relaxing by the pool!
This place was great for our family of 4 and our friends family of 4. It was very hot outside so the pool was great and was completely empty except a few other women next door that seemed to only visit the pool once we got out (took turns). The condo was very clean and well equipped. The only downfall was the AC had a hard time cooling the place down the first day we arrived so it was 85 and we were sweating inside a bit. But we were there during a heatwave and it was 117 outside so I am sure that made it hard for the Unit. After the first day it cooled better. The owner called before our arrival and told us how to get in and it was super easy and everything went great. I would recommend this place 10/10.

Excellent stay
The property was perfect. The three bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable and the TV internet and streaming services were great. There were two beautiful patios to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We ate dinner outside every night. The pool was steps from the back door - so convenient. We had the opportunity to meet the hosts, who were really nice and very responsive. We would stay again without hesitation.

Girls getaway
We had a great time at the property. The location was perfect, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. The pool area was right out the patio doors and the unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. A recent kitchen remodel was done and looks awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

BEST LOCATION! Wonderful complex.
We stayed for 4 nights and as soon as we walked in, we couldn't believe the VRBO gold that we had signed up for. This place was GORGEOUS, incredibly spacious, very clean, steps to the pool, and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to Target, grocery stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed longer to explore the area more. Roger was very helpful and quick to respond when I asked questions. We would absolutely stay here again! We are from the East Coast and have fallen in love with the desert. The views are incredible. Thank you!
