Petaluma est situé à seulement 40 miles au nord de San Francisco et l'accès à l'autoroute est à seulement 2 miles.
Le studio est en bas dans une extrémité de la résidence principale des propriétaires et est fait dans un style contemporain. Profitez du foyer au gaz pendant que vous atténuez l'éclairage halogène ou profitez des vues à couper le souffle depuis votre terrasse privée.

The property was so clean, quiet and well appointed including fresh flowers. My favorite space was drinking coffee in the morning on the private deck enjoying the Mountain View’s while listening to the nearby birds.

This studio is my favorite vacation spot! It is quiet, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. I really enjoyed the patio/balcony, especially the sunrises and morning fog! The host was very gracious and helpful, suggesting activities and dining options. I plan to stay here again next summer!!

What a lovely studio in walking distance from downtown Petaluma. The place was great for my husband and I or a long weekend. We were very comfortable and enjoyed all of the little extras that our host provided- breakfast essentials and great pantry staples. He even went one step further to provide delicious artisanal bread (what a treat). We ventured into Petaluma and enjoyed the friendliness of locals who provided great suggestions. The food and beverage scene was diverse and gave us lots of great choices. From Petaluma we drove to San Francisco for an afternoon, visited Armstrong Redwood Preserve, Bodega Bay, and wineries in both Sonoma and Napa. This location made it convenient to see it all. We definitely recommend this location and host.

Very friendly and helpful host. Nice and sunny ocation at only 15m walking distance from town center. Everything is provided in this property as breakfast food and all other features. Very good internet.

I’ve stayed at this property before and am so happy to be able to book it again! Everything is clean and there are many thoughtful touches added by the host. The location is peaceful and close to downtown.

The suite was beautifully designed with calming earth tones. The kitchen cupboards were stocked with everything needed and I was greeted with a delicious Raisin Walnut Ciabatta loaf on the counter and milk, juice and a dozen eggs in the fridge.
Claus was an excellent host and walked with me downtown to the Butter & Eggs day parade, sharing all kinds of trivia and historical information as we walked. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

The studio is in a great location and is clean, quiet and well appointed. The host is friendly and practically invisible after saying hello ;) We would definitely stay here again.

I needed an extra bedroom for holiday family guests. I rented this for my son and SO and am so glad I did. They loved it and I enjoyed having them near and no† underfoot. Great little touches of hygge!

Claus really hit it out of the park with his wonderful studio! He’s a great host. It had everything you need- lots of storage for long term stay, fabulous view, great neighborhood. Loved the discount for longer stay. Can’t go wrong!

This beautiful studio apartment is one of the very best private vacation homes my husband and I have ever enjoyed. We hope to return soon. The many windows, airy private deck, beautiful slate floor and shower, and comfortable Scandinavian furnishings made the week memorable. Our host welcomed us with unexpected and much appreciated fresh milk, OJ, bread, and eggs. The view across the Petaluma valley to the Sonoma Mountains is breath-taking, especially as the full Moon rose night after night. It was great to have a cozy (hygge!) homebase to keep us relaxed as we explored the area.

The studio is well equipped with everything you need ..including filtered water, freshbread, milk and eggs. The kitchen has all the spices you would need and the upper level patio has an outdoor grill near the pool. Claus is a wonderful and responsive host. The bed is very comfortable and the heating keeps you warm and cozy in the late fall. We plan to return soon! !

Knowing that these rentals do not always turn out to be what you had hoped...well... this one was beyond that...amazing owner, always willing to get you what you need, stocked frig, comfortable bed and a fantastic view with use of his pool. If you like challenging walking,..this is the place, as you are at the top of large hill! And Petaluma is wonderful.

So perfect for four adult women on a cycling weekend in Petaluma. Can’t believe the efficiency of 650 sq ft of space that has everything needed from our own homes without feeling overcrowded. Owner was promptly responsive in answering questions. So close to downtown, yet in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back!

This clean and welcoming Petaluma studio, under the host’s house, is a quiet and beautiful place in which we would be grateful to stay again. The photos are accurate, and the pool was warm beneath the stars. Breakfast basics were provided, as were useful condiments, towels, ample ventilation—everything we needed, plus a down blanket and gas fireplace. Useful to note for some: the driveway is steep, the pool is up a set of stairs from the deck, and the shower has a lip. Peaceful places and hosts like these make traveling a pleasure. Claus is the best host ever! His property is beautifully decorated, he stocks the fridge with delicious food including fresh bread. Quiet spot, close to the action but also up on a hill with a beautiful view.

This is an elegantly updated studio with custom blonde wood cabinetry, lots of space, and everything you need to keep house. Not to mention one of the most spectacular views of Petaluma and the Sonoma Hills. Our host Claus left us provisions that made us feel very welcome. He is a considerate host who takes pleasure in sharing this unique property with others. Five big stars.

Efficient in size with attention to both Danish design and function, nice sense of light with a long view, owner was generous, kind and helpful, overall a good month's stay - my only wish was for a washer/dryer given my longer stay, and that there was a little less sound transmission - only a periodic problem.

Very clean and well appointed flat with a view in a hillside home in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Petaluma. Claus is an attentive and engaging landlord who took great care to ensure the apartment was clean and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Would definitely stay again.

Sergey and Mary’s Stay
The property was accessed through a busy downtown district, however the property itself was very clean, quiet, and had beautiful views. Claus made our stay very comfortable, not only with the generous offering of a fruit basket, eggs, bread, jams, a full ice bucket, etc., but we were able to have friends whom we haven’t seen in years over for two meals. Also had access to the pool and BBQ (our first gathering with our friends we prepared Russian BBQ). Our overall stay was very pleasant and we have Claus to thank for that. If we are ever in the area again, we would book with Claus again. Highly recommend this property and the host.

Amazing Location and Wonderful Host
I am not one that normally leaves reviews but I can't say enough good about this place! It was so comfortable, the views are amazing and Claus is so friendly. I will be definitely re-booking whenever I come back to town to visit my family.
