High Point Condo est un condo 2BR / 2BA à Athènes, en Géorgie, à seulement 3,1 miles du parking de football UGA, à 5 miles du centre-ville d'Athènes.

L'ensemble du 2ème étage est une suite principale avec un lit king size, un lit de jour de taille jumelle, avec un lit gigogne double. Salle de bain privée, machine à son, dressing et TV montée sur le mur qui pivote vers la zone de couchage et le lit de repos.
Le niveau principal a le 2ème BR, qui a 2 lits doubles, un accès direct à la salle de bain au niveau principal et beaucoup d'espace de rangement en miroir.
Salon a une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces avec câble Charter et un système de divertissement Wii. Le canapé et la chaise en forme de L avec pouf servent de nombreux sièges pour regarder les matchs. Il y a aussi un placard qui stocke un lit pliant et la literie.
La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un grand repas de famille sur le poêle en céramique. Les sièges de la salle à manger se trouvent juste à côté de la cuisine, tout comme la laveuse et la sécheuse pleine grandeur pour les longs séjours.
La porte arrière s'ouvre sur le patio pour de superbes sièges de nuit et se trouve à quelques pas de vos 2 places de parking réservées (avec 2 autres espaces communs partagés juste à côté de vos espaces réservés).
Ma femme et moi sommes des locataires fréquents de VRBO et avons réservé des maisons et des condos partout dans le monde. Je trouve que lorsque je réserve une place, ce n'est pas le nombre de personnes qui peuvent dormir, c'est le nombre de personnes qui y dorment confortablement! Lorsque nous avons installé le condo pour les invités, c'était la première chose à l'esprit; beaucoup de lits, lit pliant, lit de repos et un grand canapé large, etc. C'est parfait pour 6-7 gars qui ne veulent pas dormir ensemble, les grandes familles, un couple de couples, etc.
Tout cela pour le prix d'une seule chambre d'hôtel, vous obtenez 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, salon, cuisine complète, laveuse et sécheuse, parking réservé pour 2+ voitures et plus encore!

Perfect place for a family with two teens. Very clean with a lot of extras like towels and bathroom necessities. Comfy couch for all to lounge and watch a movie. Would stay again

Daughter and I were coming up for freshman orientation and found this condo not far from the school. Very last minute and were so thankful this condo was available. The owner was very nice and so thorough with explaining everything about the condo. It was very nicely decorated inside and plenty of room for many people to sleep comfortably. Parking was very close to the condo, which was great since was raining. Not a far drive from the college either. Will recommend this place to others.

This property is essentially a small, attached house in a small condo complex in a quiet residential area. We were very glad the owners sent us detailed driving directions because our GPS got a little confused. It was perfect for the two of us. It has a bedroom with bath downstairs and the same upstairs. Because we are older, I was looking specifically for a place without stairs for one of the bedrooms, which is a little hard to determine in a lot of VRBO listings, and this listing fit our needs perfectly. I will definitely check it for availability on future visits to Athens.

Myself and a coworker were in town for a business trip and there were no hotels available for a 30 mile radius. This place was great. The beds were comfortable, pretty much located in a good area with close access to downtown and our local factory. Michael was very responsive through the check in and check out process.

We came in to watch our Granddaughter play soccer at UGA this season. This condo was a gem, super clean and everything we needed for a longer stay. The beds are the best we have slept in and the sheets were amazingly soft. Parking is just steps away, we will be back next year!

We had family coming from across the nation for graduation. This was the perfect place for everyone to hang out between events. Michael’s place was immaculate and well appointed. We had 5 adults sleeping there and everyone had room to sprawl. This was less expensive than 3 hotel rooms and so nice to have a communal living space. Thanks, Michael!

We loved this property and only wished we could have stayed longer. From details in the welcome binder, we especially agreed with the location recommendations as we used to be around Athens, to the comfortable bed- it is a great place to stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the property was incredibly clean.

We rented all 3 of Michael's units that are side by side for 12 guys to come up and do a golf trip. We chose these places since every guy would have his own bed and since Athens has lots to do Apres Golf. The units worked out even better than expected since we had 3 different places, I could go to my place at a reasonable time while the rest of the guys were in another unit playing poker all night. Athens is a great place for a golf trip since we could eat at some great restaurants and bar scene with some grate golf courses. We played at Jennings Mill and a member got us on at ACC, but Jennings overall the better course. We ate at Chuck's Fish, Amici, Hilltop, La Fiesta, Local 706, and Paloma Park. All suggested by Micheal and we were never disapointed with a meal. We have already booked all 3 units in the spring to do the same trip!

The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location is an easy drive to UGA and downtown Athens. The condo layout is really smart with a bedroom and full bath upstairs and the same downstairs, and there are plenty of beds. Five stars.

Excellent overall. We had difficulty getting in the unit but Michael responded immediately (it was vrbo issue). The upstairs bathroom drainage in the bathtub didn't work properly. Everything else was highly enjoyable!

The kitchen and laundry facilities were equipped better than any place that we have stayed! The master bed was incredibly comfortable. Michael was great, the place was clean and very comfortably furnished.. the kitchen was very well covered for cooking utensils as we were being cautious.. covid times. Great recommendations for restaurants nearby.. overall very nice visit for 3 adults and our daughter a student at UGA, was thrilled we could bring her dog! Nice neighbors.

Our experience in this property was exceptional. The condo was extremely clean. We had all we needed in the kitchen, coffee, creamer sweetener, etc. the owner supplied simple breakfast food. There was detergent and softener for the washer/dryer. We had plenty of towels in the bathrooms and enough kitchen pans, pans and glassware to cook a belated Christmas dinner for our grown children. When we opened the door we were met with a fresh cut flowers upstairs and down. The owner also thoughtfully provided pretty cookies on the dinning room table for us to enjoy. We would absolutely stay again.

This was a wonderful little duplex in Athens. It is very well equipped...I was able to cook a nice meal for my UGA daughter and a group of her friends. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor was just lovely. We would definitely stay here again!
