Bienvenue dans cette maison fantastique, entièrement rénovée il y a 2 ans et récemment mise à jour en décembre 2017, avec des meubles de bonne qualité, rarement trouvés dans d'autres locations de vacances. Le rez-de-chaussée se compose d'un aménagement à aire ouverte avec salon ouvert au plafond, foyer chaleureux. La cuisine moderne avec des armoires en érable mix and match et des portes vitrées blanches, des comptoirs en granit et une toute nouvelle table à manger 6 places de haute qualité, une table buffet et trois chaises de bar.Le parquet en bois amélioré est de couleur naturelle pour compléter la couleur neutre de la peinture murale. L'étage supérieur se compose d'une grande chambre principale avec un placard et une suite parentale bien aménagée. Il y a deux chambres supplémentaires de bonne taille et une autre baignoire 4 pièces pour les servir. Le sous-sol est entièrement aménagé et se compose d'une autre chambre, d'un lit double et d'une télévision dans la salle familiale et d'une autre salle de bain complète. La propriété est située à quelques pâtés de maisons des arrêts de bus.
Le terrain du Stampede de Calgary est facilement accessible en prenant un TLR depuis la station Lion's Park, à 7 à 10 minutes en voiture de la propriété ou en bus depuis un arrêt de bus à quelques pâtés de maisons de la propriété.

Secluded with beautiful outdoor deck. Plenty of bedrooms! The only upgrade I would want would be better cooking utensils. Great neighborhood and would definitely come back!!!!

Rented this property twice. For me the location was convenient. The front door lock doesn’t work properly and should be replaced. Overall very nice location.

The door code that was provided did not work. I had to call and at first the person was not helpful. After he realized that the code was wrong he gave me a code that worked. The outside of the building didn't look great but the inside was nice and clean.

The host was very good to communicate. The location was ideally located close to Stampede grounds, airport and great shopping and under 2 hours from Banff. Great spot for a family with separate bath and bedroom on each of 3 floors.

Quiet place in a residential area on a culdesac. Nice place for a family to relax and have room.

Truly a cozy home. It was a great stay for a ladies weekend.
Note: The neighbours aren’t a fan of typical cul-de-sac parking, so ask for clarity on where a second or third vehicle can park.
Overall great stay. I little polish and the home would be a 5-star! Until then, it’s a cozy gem for a great deal!

Place was great,clean and convenient to the wedding we were attending. Stores close by. Quiet neighborhood.

Overall the house was nice and comfortable. We had plenty of room, kitchen was easy and spacious!
Views outside were nice. Towels, sheets all clean!
There could be some small improvements, easy touches, like missing knob on master suite closet, bulb out in the bathroom fixture, also the master suite bathtub doesn't "plug" to fill.
But we did enjoy our stay and would book again. Hopefully the owner can just do a couple small things that would make it outstanding!!

Front door a little challenging to open- especially in a snowstorm!

the access code provided by VRBO was not the right one, but we we contacted the host who provided us the correct one
The house was very welcoming and had decent space, and our overall experience was lovely.
A few items that would enhance the experience and lessen the phone calls to the host: adequate coffee cups, there are only 2 T.V's, clear in your posting.... the room on the main floor has a twin bed not closet, difficult for an adult to live out of a suitcase for 7 days
The bbq could have been cleaned to avoid phone calls to the host, but thank you for replacing the bbq
Uber does not service the address, location is complicated have to walk to the co-op gas station

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this beautiful home. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our family. We were able to use all the appliances including the washer and dryer during our stay. There is a BBQ grill on the deck but it looked quite weathered down with rust so we opted not to use it. We liked the added touches such as poker chips for our use. If we were to visit Calgary again, we would definitely come back if this property were available.

Couldn't get in
I had let the host know that our group would be checking in late and I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. We arrived at around 2am with the wrong check in instructions. Our host would not answer the phone and we were left out in the cold. We had to call a cab and headed down town Calgary trying to find a hotel that would have room for 6 adults. In the morning I had a message from the host saying that he forgot to send the check-in information.....and then sent the check-in information. To late at that point.
My group decided to stay at a hotel for the other 2 scheduled nights of our booking. The host was kind enough to give us a full refund and VRBO paid for one of our hotel nights. In the end we still had a blast..... it just wasn't spend at this location because of pore communication.

Girls weekend
This property has a lot of room to move around and was conveniently located. We didn’t use the house for much more than sleeping in and I’m glad. The house is in serious need of a thorough cleaning (light fixtures, kitchen…). It did have a musty smell to it like it hadn’t been aired out or used for awhile, nothing a few plug ins wouldn’t have fixed. It served its purpose for a weekend but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Lots of room, bare bones.
They allowed us to check in one hour early which was appreciated but seemed to not know we were coming at all or what site we used to book. Owners Had to send a cleaning lady to supply a basket of towels. Almost no parking, we were supposed to park one vehicle in the garage but there is a huge hole in the garage with insulation and drywall hanging down. No coffee provided, but ample space and great location. Comfortable beds. Some strange renovations in this place but I’ll let you find those yourself. LOL. We had a great trip overall and I would stay here again.

Fantastic Spacious Home
The property is a little tricky to get to so I was thankful for my GPS. Parking is limited, but there is enough for a smaller vehicle in the garage and one vehicle on the driveway. When you enter the home, you can see the owner has put a big effort into making the space beautiful, functional and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. There is a deck with a table, chairs, and a bbq. The green space beyond the decks is shared with other home owners. It is a quiet community so I wouldn’t want to stay here if I were planning a gathering that could get loud. I would happily stay here again.

Lots of space but house needs some TLC
Location of this property is great in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house has had renovations but needs a lot of TLC for general maintenance work. One of the bathrooms didn’t even have a showerhead and took four days to get a plumber to install one. Another bathroom was out of commission for a Day because the bathtub drain plug got stuck. There are lots of fixes that need to happen in this house to make it completely comfortable. Also other little things like there were six of us staying and we only had eight towels. Additional towels should have been supplied. The owner wanted us to compost but left no compost bags for the small container under the sink. Garbage was full when we arrived in the outdoor bins so no place to put our garbage. Garbage day did occur while we were staying there so we were able to put the cans out and get some space. The house could use a very deep cleaning it was just generally cleaned. We had fruit flies in the house all week. This place could be a nice little gem if the owner would take the time to walk through the house in detail and look at all the things I could be repaired as well as provide additional towels, linens and blankets etc.

This place was awesome! Awesome back yard for activities and tons of beds for buddies/family. Had everything we needed and Julius was easy to contact if anything was needed. Highly recommend!

This home was very comfortable and Julius was very responsible to our needs.
The home could have been much cleaner as we were needing a place to convalesce after surgery. We shared that feedback with Julius to advise his cleaning service to step it up for the next guests. The kitchen was very comfortable to cook in and the fireplace nice to cozy up to at the end of busy days. The master and upper bedroom beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Family holiday
The house was nice with lots of rooms. It does need some general maintenance and a good cleaning. The BBQ needs to be replaced because it is rusty and there was no propane in the tank. The kitchen tap needs to be replaced. The kitchen chairs needed tightening as one caused an injury to my finger.

Family Get-Together
We were getting together for a family weekend. Some of us came from Kelowna,B.C. , Edmonton, Ontario & Saskatchewan. I thought booking a house would be stressful, but this was so EASY ! The house is in a great location and Julius, the host is the best. Don't second guess this place - BOOK IT. Next time we have a family get together, and YES there will be a next time, we will book here.
