All the staff were very friendly, the apartment was clean and had all the essentials that I needed. The view from the balcony was also amazing.

There quite a few residents with pet dogs (quite a few are really big dogs) at Marquee on 16th.

The building location is really very good, Close to everything and 10 min from downtown. Had great view and speciouse enough.
The Management lady Elizabeth was extremely professional and very helpful. Always there when you need her and very pleased to talk to and ask her about anything. Easy to get in touch with.
The owner had the AC unit shut down frok building to save on electricity and provided cheap fans in unit so it was extremely hot at all times during the whole month of our stay. Found out that many other tenants left early too because of how hot it was too. Very hard to sleep also because of the beds which were EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
They only had AC open in the corridors.

the office, has no windows, the sofa bed is not comfy. there’s only one fan and it looks bad cracks and filled with dust. the

The first place I live in Calgary. I can see a beautiful landscape from Marquee, which provide effective maintenance service. I feel warm and safe to live in here.

No disturbing neighbours
Simple modern furniture that keeps room for circulation around the place
Good location that is close to wherever I needed to go
No AC, so can’t shut the windows and the 16th is extremely noisy. Motorcycles and ambulances are passing by all the time even in the middle of the night.
Kitchenware was badly cleaned, I had to wash everyth before using plus cleaning the whole place because it wasn’t very clean. And not all basics are available at the apartment
