Bit noisy Bar closed at 11, I didn’t get in till 10.45, Breakfast next morning in restaurant/bar was delicious & coffee good & service fab

The Hyatt charged us one night before we even got there and then when questioned they said that’s standard. I said well booking.com doesn’t charge us so why did you? Staff didn’t seem to know why and then they also put multiple holds on our credit card with random ridiculous numbers one as much as $1200. Of course there was no managers working as it was the weekend. We will never be staying at the hyatt again because of this poor experience.

Sehr neues Badezimmer in einem Top-Zustand (und super Beleuchtung). Pool- und Fitnessbereich sehr gepflegt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist unglücklich: Hier können auch externe Gäste parken, was dazu führt, dass für Gäste nicht immer was verfügbar ist.

I like to location because it was right downtown which is where everything happens in Calgary. I like that Modern Steak is attached to the hotel - awesome restaurant for Alberta beef/steak!

The WIFI SUCKS!!! Why am I paying for better wifi at such an expensive hotel whereas all the 3-star hotels I stayed at in Edmonton, Jasper and Banff were free and proper 5G wifi??? Second, the restaurant Thomsons has substandard food and charge you an arm and a leg - be careful, they already include a 15% gratuity and then ask you for tip on top of that - very sneaky, so read the bill. Third, the hotel sneaks in a 3% DMF Tax which is ILLEGAL or unsanctioned - do not pay this! They only gave us 2 towels for 4-people and when I requested more towels I had to call back twice, on two separate occasions. Last is parking - $32 each night?! Again, the 3-star hotels all provide free parking!

Staff were great, helped us to switch to different room with a better view. Location is great: super close to restaurants, transits, attractions, etc. Clean large rooms, modern bathrooms great shower, super comfy beds, we were on 10th floor and view to downtown Calgary was spectacular. The pool and fitness room is on 18th floor, has awesome view to the city and Calgary tower. Loved the gym, decent exercise options and tools. Very good stay, kids loved it.

All the extra fees and daily parking fee and no breakfast included, unless paying more. Pool floor surface was kinda too rough, both our kids got a couple of cuts on bottom of their feet, wasn't bad but hurt.
