Juste rénové et décoré professionnellement, cette unité a de nouveaux meubles partout et comprend de belles antiquités anglaises. La cuisine a été rénovée et comprend des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Situé au septième étage, des vues incroyables peuvent être appréciées depuis le salon, la salle à manger, la chambre principale et la chambre d'amis. Les chambres principales et d'hôtes ont des lits king-size et la troisième chambre a 2 lits superposés avec 2 lits gigognes.

Can't say enough good things about our stay in Destin. Tammie was an amazing communicator from the very beginning and was very quick to get back to us. Stayed here with our 3 children and they loved every minute of it. Location of the condo was great, private beach access, and found the elevator going straight to the condo was very convenient. Will definitely look at booking with Tammie again in the future!

We LOVED the condo. It was absolutely perfect. The balcony was outstanding and much time was spent there. The property had everything you could ask for. The pool was very large and never felt crowded. The beach was perfect, too. We had a great vacation!

We had the best time at this condo! The location to everything in Destin is perfect, and the beach was not overly crowded. The communication from the owner is above and beyond and deserves an award for her pre-communication, and active response time while on property! Seriously, the best experience.
The unit itself is great, easy to get to pool and beach. We took other's suggestions and moved the front bench to block the door in the bunk room so the children wouldn't go outside and it worked perfectly. The balcony was very spacious and the furniture is sturdy and clean.
I can't recommend this unit and owner enough to anyone looking for beach rentals. It was such a great experience.

The location and condo was amazing for our family. It was exactly like the pics, actually better. It was stocked with everything we needed (dishes, pans, etc) and was absolutely beautiful. We sat on the porch watching the ocean every morning and ate dinner there every night. The access to the pool and beach were so easy for our family. The owner and property manager responded right away when we had questions. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location. I highly recommend this location. Destin is amazing.

Everything about this rental was perfect! The unit is gorgeous with views of the ocean and a large balcony and quick access to both a pool and the beach. The beach was incredible with soft sand and nice waves. The unit was clean, in great shape and had everything we needed.
The property manager and condo owner checked in to ensure everything was as expected and there were immediate answers when we had questions.
The location is perfect - right in the middle of the strip and easy to get to everywhere.
Not only would I return to this property, I’ve already recommended it to others. Thank you for the great memories!

The condo was gorgeous! We were staying with early birds And night owls and I was amazed at how quiet our room was, we never heard a peep from anyone! (I live for uninterrupted sleep!)Having a snack and drink bar at the beach was wonderful! The pool was fantastic! Being able to walk to dinner Or cook in our room was super nice as well. There were some hiccups but we werent going to let it ruin our trip. Our access card didn't work when we arrived and there was no ice production in the room. Tammie (the owner) did what she could to help the situation. She was able to get us in through the service elevator. She also tried but was unable to find a repair person (due to holiday) to fix the ice makers in the room. Thankfully, the previous guests left a bag of ice in the freezer! Yay! Despite this we were still able to enjoy our time at the beach in this beautiful condo!

This was such a fun trip for my family. So many wonderful memories made. The condo was clean and well stocked with items that we needed to cook with every night. There was an ice machine in the unit which was very nice to fill our beach coolers. It was cool to be able to take the elevator directly to our room. Beautiful beach view throughout the day. The condo was lovely and the location was perfect! We loved the condominium pool, easy beach access, and simple check in/out process. A few things we didn’t expect were regarding child proofing/safety. Being a condo with bunk beds we expected it to be a little more baby/young kid friendly. The glass doors onto the balcony lock didn’t work so that the kids could slide those doors open themself. The first thing my 4 yr old wanted to do was stand on a chair to look over the railing, so we had to have some very serious discussions about safety and feet staying on the floor! Thankfully we had a baby monitor I set up in the kids room so we would know if they woke up before us and decided to be adventurous. Also, the door in the bunk room which leads out of the condo to the outdoor walkway/trash chute/stairs could not lock from the inside per fire code, but that was a concern to have an exterior door they could open from the room that we had a 4 yo and 6 yo in. We were able to move a large dresser to block the door, which worked for us, but it did mean that Dad had to move the dresser each time he took a trash sack out.

Observed 3 cockroaches in kitchen area by 11:17 pm on the first night. Contacted owner @ 11:18 and observed 3 more roaches while on the phone with owner, for a total of 6 cockroaches. Owner insisted these were not cockroaches and stated they were "palmetto bugs". We left condo and checked into a nearby hotel at midnight 5/22/23. Repeatedly asked for a refund to relocate to another condo due to health and sanitary concerns for myself and guests. Refund denied with promises of an exterminator. Exterminator, nor any other personnel, never arrived to meet with me. I personally went out and purchased bug poison and sprayed the condo around 3:15pm 5/22 and within 45 minutes 3 more cockroaches had come out from the kitchen area in broad daylight! Contacted owner and exited property on second day of vacation due to health concerns. Owner is still refusing to refund reservation and does not return calls or texts. I have multiple pictures; however, unable to copy them to this site.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. It is absolutely beautiful! The pictures dont do it justice. The beds are soooo comfortable. The kitchen had everything we need. Amazing view from the balcony which is where we spent the majority of our time when we were in the condo. The elevator opens right into the condo which is so great. Never any long waits at the elevator. The condo is perfectly located - so close to many restaurants and things to do. Tammie is so great to work with and always so quick to respond to any questions we had. We will be back to this same condo again next year. Cant wait!

We loved this property for a girls’ trip! It had a fully stocked kitchen, and everything we needed to make our trip fabulous. I love how the elevator comes right into the condo! The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are very accessible and easy to use and user-friendly. The patio looks right out onto the ocean and the beach. We will definitely be back. The patio furniture is super nice!

This property was fantastic and had everything we needed! The balcony was furnished wonderfully and we ate all our meals outside looking at the beautiful view. We were even allowed an early check-in which was a wonderful surprise. The only thing I will mention is that the condo smelled of cigarette smoke when we first arrived, I assume from the guests that stayed before us. We opened the windows and sliding doors to air things out and it helped a lot. The listing says smoking is permitted on the balcony and I wished I had paid attention when booking because I have a sensitive nose. It wasn't too bad though and I was very happy with our stay and this property!
