A Country Feel in the Middle of Boerne
Grande propriété neuve située au milieu de Boerne. Très isolé et entouré de grands chênes. Promenade facile jusqu'à la rue Main (6 pâtés de maisons). Le Old Depot Walking Trail est à un demi pâté de maisons. Empruntez le sentier vers l'est jusqu'à Cibolo Creek ou vers l'ouest jusqu'à Bumdoodlers Pies! Le Depot Cottage a été récemment construit en décembre 2016 en calcaire de Hill Country. Il s'inspire du bâtiment historique du Old Nature Center sur la rue Main. Depot Cottage est situé dans une rue qui s'appelait auparavant Depot Street et abritait la gare de Boerne Depot. Il a un lit king et deux roulettes qui peuvent accueillir des adultes ou des enfants. Il est joliment décoré avec des meubles anciens et dispose également de toutes les commodités modernes (le WIFI est inclus). La propriété de trois acres est fermée et il y a une petite pelouse clôturée pour garder les animaux en sécurité. Vous verrez des cerfs de Virginie et des axes sur les propriétés adjacentes. Profitez de toutes les commodités du centre-ville de Boerne tout en vous sentant isolé dans le Texas Hill Country.

This is my second stay in the cottage. Charming in ambiance, filled with nature flying through and sprinting about, I feel like I’ve been holding my breath for a long time and can breathe. The host is a very fine gentleman.

Absolutely perfect. The cottage is exactly what I dream of when I think about a quiet cottage in the woods.
So close to Main Street and yet you don’t hear a sound. Nothing. No cars, no people just the trees and this visit the beautiful rain.
Loved sitting on the front porch watching the deer!

We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage! Everything we needed was there. The cottage was excellent…very comfortable, cozy and relaxing! Enjoyed coffee each morning sitting and reading on the front porch watching the deer. The setting was awesome and private. Access to & from the cottage was very easy. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in Boerne!

very clean, very nice, would recommend a sign near street to tell people cottage is near. Also add Depot Cottage to listing name instead of near downtown. Very easy to get to downtown. Peaceful and very quiet. Bathtube water temperature is backwards, hot water is blue not red as it should be. I would recommend it to friends and stay there again.

Cottage complete with everything we needed. Starting with bluebonnet views and private view of beautiful trees and distant deer roaming. Everything was clean and well thought out for our needs, perfect kitchen, king size poster bed, wifi connection and television for March Madness watching. Relaxing porch to sit and read. Close to the center of Boerne with shops and wonderful restaurants.

Going through the gate leading to the cottage and seeing it in the distance was like seeing it in a movie. There were deer fawns on the lawn outside the gate. Overall, it was the most tranquil scene ever. The inside was clean. It was decorated with matching colors throughout. TV in living area and bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Storage area was great. Host, Terry, met all our needs.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in Boerne and loved our small cottage. It’s a perfect setup for a couple. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we had all the cooking utensils we needed to make ourselves several meals at the cottage.
The location is about a 15 minute walk or very short drive to Main Street where the shops and restaurants/bars are primarily located.
We would gladly stay again should we head back to Boerne.

This home is just beautiful! I loved the windows especially. The owners had well thought out information books in the home about everything including how to work the coffee pot which is very important. This property is also very quiet to be in a neighborhood.

The cottage was the perfect place for us. It was very comfortable and so clean. Our children live in Leon springs. The cottage was so convenient for us to visit them. We will definitely stay again!

The property feels secluded even though houses are within sight. It was lovely to see the many deer with their fawns enjoying the grasses. We enjoyed quiet times sitting on the porch. The interior is very comfortable.

Hubby and I visited friends in Boerne over the weekend and stayed in this delightful cottage that was perfect for us and our small dog. The owners were very communicative but not intrusive whatsoever. The place was spotless, well furnished & had a TV in the living area as well as bedroom. The little kitchen had everything we needed. Then bed was super comfortable. The small fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. We didn’t, but could have walked to Main St Boerne. San Antonio & Fredericksburg were just short drives away. Highly recommend this cottage if you’re in need of a place to stay in Boerne TX!

The Depot Cottage was designed and built beautifully. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 dogs and they were as comfortable as we were. It was a serene setting in a great location. We enjoyed every moment and will book again when we are in the area. Thank you!!!!

We had an amazing stay at the cottage for our joint birthday getaway. The cottage and the property were so beautiful and the perfect distance from Main Street, while still feeling cozy and hidden. We saw Terry on our way in and he was so kind and ready to help in any way he could should we have needed it. I would definitely book again and have already recommended to friends!!

The Depot Cottage is so cozy with all the comforts of home. Terry is a hands on host. It was easy to communicate. We had a beeping sound that he responded to and fixed immediately. Super clean and quiet. The scenery is beautiful! We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice location. Close to town and shopping areas. I would add a motion detector light by the walkway. for night time use. I had a flash light which helped when we returned at night after viewing the Christmas parade.. A great place to stay!

Very clean, charming very comfortable, loved the bed, enjoyed the seclusion & quiet, while only 3 minutes from Main Street. Not sure if we will stay again only because a bit pricey. Only suggestions are to include a wine bottle corkscrew and add an outdoor light to illuminate the side pathway.
